DV8 OFFROAD TTJK-01 Installation guide

1. Begin by installing the latches onto the table. (NOTE: The tab on the latch can be
opened up to allow latch to lay flat and then rebent to fit the table)
2. Install the table wires into shown holes on each side using provided hardware.
3. Install latch catches onto table rails using provided hardware. See image for direction.
4. Attach rails to table using provided hardware. Note position of the rails onto the
table. Ensure to attach the bottom pivot as well as the cables.

5. Hold table against rear hatch. Choose desired location of table and hold in place to
mark holes. We used a large clamp and a second sent of hand to make this much
easier.
6. When marking the holes, you much use the top two holes shown with the red arrows.
The other two holes can vary based on ease of install (shown with blue arrows). We
used the holes marked with a blue and yellow arrow.
7. Drill hole to 5/16 and insert nutserts. (NOTE: Nutserts have to be installed into the
metal properly. If you are not experienced with nutserts please research online prior
to installation).
8. Install table using provided hardware and metal stops on top nutserts as shown. Cover
with rubber pads.
