Warranty
Rootech Inc. provides warrants for two years from the product receipt date only to the original
purchaser of the products and software that are sold or licensed by the company.
To obtain warranty service, the purchased products should be free from serious defects in material and
workmanship.
The software is provided in an up-to-date version, thus we do not offer any warranty for the software
product.
In order to make a product claim under the warranties described above, the original purchaser should
immediately contact Rootech headquarters. Upon receiving claims, Rootech will check out the product
either at where the purchaser is or at the company after receiving the product from the customer, who
is responsible for the cost of shipping the product. After inspecting the product, we will provide repair
or replacement services for the product.
Rootech will decide at its discretion whether to repair or replace it or give a refund for the product for
when the warranty period for the product expired or issues related to the product are not applicable for
warranty terms and conditions.
Limitation of Warranty
The Warranty does not apply to uninterrupted or error-free operation of the product or cover normal
wear and tear of the product or costs caused by the removal, installation, or troubleshooting of the
customer's electrical systems.
Defects caused by any of the following factors are not covered under the warranty.
Improper use(alteration, accident, misuse, abuse) or failure to act in accordance with installation,
operation or maintenance instructions
Unauthorized modifications, changes or repair attempts
Failure to comply with applicable safety standards & regulations
Damages coming from when transporting or storing the product
Damages caused by the force majeure event, including fire, flood, earthquakes, storm damage,
overvoltage & lightning
If the original identification marks(trade-mark, serial number, etc.) have been defaced, altered, or
removed

Rootech shall not be liable for any other claims except the claims made by customers, including the
original purchaser, his employees, agents, or contractors for any loss, damage, or expense incurred
related to the purchased product when the above warranty terms and conditions are not fulfilled.
Any technical assistance with system design provided by Rootech's personnel or representatives shall be
deemed to be a suggestion. The original purchaser is responsible for determining the feasibility of such
suggestions and should conduct tests to prove their feasibility.

Installation Example
The following figure shows an example of installing devices for temperature measurement in the
distribution panel. Accura 2300[S] and Accura 2350-TEMP devices are installed at the front of the
distribution panel, and multiple Accura TSEN devices are installed inside the distribution panel. The
Accura 2350-TEMP module has 1 DI(Digital Input) and 1 DO(Digital Output) channel, allowing for the
installation of the event reset switch and warning light.

Step 1: Accura 2350-TEMP Installation
Panel Mounting
It is very easy to install the Accura 2350-TEMP module at the front of the distribution panel.
Position the Accura 2350-TEMP module into the panel cutout.
Fit the mounting wheel into the screw thread at the back of Accura 2350-TEMP.
Turn the mounting wheel to the right and fix Accura 2350-TEMP to the panel.
You can easily turn the wheel with your hands. If you use excessive force when turning the wheel, it can
cause damage to the LCD screen of the Accura 2350-TEMP module.

Step 2: Accura TSEN Installation
The Accura TSEN device can be installed by using either the panel mounting or DIN Rail mounting
method.
Panel Mounting
Fit the screw holes of the device’s mounting wings into the mounting holes of the panel.
Fix Accura TSEN to the panel using the screws.

DIN Rail Mounting
Fit the bottom portion of the Accura TSEN device into the DIN rail on one side.
Once one side of the device is latched on the rail, push the other side towards the panel so
that Accura TSEN can get snapped onto both ends of the DIN rail flanges.

Accura TSEN Operation/Setup
Accura TSEN measures temperature with its built-in temperature sensor. It connects with the Accura
2350-TEMP module with a communication cable and sends data on the measured temperature to the
Accura 2350-TEMP module.
Up to 6 Accura TSEN devices can be connected to the Accura 2350-TEMP module using the daisy-chain
method. Accura TSEN devices can be installed at multiple locations in the distribution panel requiring
temperature measurement, allowing for the overall temperature monitoring in the distribution panel. For
details about how to connect Accura TSEN devices using the daisy-chain method, refer to Chapter 1
Installation & Wiring > Step 2: Accura TSEN Installation.

ID Setup
Users can set up the communication ID with numbers from 1 to 6 by rotating the rotary switch located
at the top of the device. Up to 6 Accura TSEN devices can be connected to the Accura 2350-TEMP

standby ID and does not support communication.

Installed at the front of the distribution panel, the Accura 2350-TEMP module is connected with Accura
2300[S] using a communication cable. It receives power from Accura 2300[S] via the cable. The Accura
2350-TEMP module measures the external temperature of the distribution panel with its built-in
temperature sensor located at the front bottom of the device. By connecting with up to 6 Accura TSEN
devices using the daisy-chain method, the Accura 2350-TEMP module collects data on internal
temperatures at multiple locations of the distribution panel. It allows for the overall temperature control
of the distribution panel.
Users can check data on measured temperatures and set up events related to the temperatures on the
Accura 2350-TEMP module. Event alarms occur according to the settings, and users can check detailed
event data. Users can reset settings for external temperature events only on the Accura 2350-TEMP
module. However, for the events detected by the Accura TSEN device, users can reset event alarms only
with the RESET button on the Accura TSEN device.
For details about how to install Accura 2350-TEMP and connect it with Accura 2300[S] and Accura TSEN
devices, refer to Chapter 1 Installation and Wiring > Step 1: Accura 2350-TEMP Installation.
