File status
The status of a file is displayed on Gallery thumbnail, list view, and all tabs. Files in
application can be in one of the below states:
•Uncommitted: File state indicated by representing changes that have not yet
been logged in the Audit log
•Committed: File state indicated by representing that all the changes are
logged in the Audit log.
•Committed and Partially Signed: File state indicated by representing that
the file is committed and only partially signed (i.e., all required signatures are not
yet completed).
•Committed and Signed: File state indicated by representing that the file
is committed, all required signatures are captured, and the file is completely
locked.
Manage your image gallery
By default, the image files are displayed in Grid view, and are sorted
chronologically with the newest files on top.
From the Gallery tab:
•Click Grid view to view image thumbnails in the gallery.
•Select Small, Medium, or Large to change the size of the
thumbnail view.
•Click to sort images by Date, Name, Mode, Status, Recently used, or
Size.
•Click to reverse the order of the image files. If they are sorted
chronologically, you can switch from oldest to newest, or newest to oldest. If
they are sorted by name, you can reverse the alphabetical order (A to Z or Z
to A).
•Click List view to view the image files in a table. Use the (up or down
arrows) to reverse the numerical or alphabetical order of the Date, Name, Mode,
Status, Recently used, or Size.
Note: Changes to the display settings are retained by the image gallery on
subsequent use.
•Select Actions4Image preview o / on to toggle the preview display.
The preview display provides both an enlarged view of the image and image
information such as Name, Date, Mode, File Status, and Notes below the
preview. Click to expand and view additional information, when available.
When image preview is on, hovering over a file record or thumbnail causes the
corresponding image to display in the image preview pane.
•In the preview pane, hover over the file name and click on to rename the file.
•Select one or more images, then select Actions4Delete.
