1.2 What's new
This manual version corresponds to software version 5.20.107.xx and later of
R&S®WinIQSIM2TM.
Compared to the previous version, it provides the new features listed below:
●Corrected information on signal generator definition and waveform signal configu-
ration, see Chapter 2.3, "Trying out R&S WinIQSIM2", on page 18.
●Waveform generation according to IEEE 802.11ay digital standard, see "IEEE
802.11ad, IEEE 802.11ay" on page 49.
●Checking parameter and settings dependencies, see Chapter 9.2, "Checking
parameters and dependencies", on page 224.
●Updated support of general system remote commands, see Chapter 11.14, "SYS-

Waveform signals computed by R&S WinIQSIM2 can be loaded onto and processed

Control of vector signal generators
The following vector signal generators can be used for generation of radio frequency
