Thermo Fisher Scientific Owl C2-S Gradient Gel Caster Operating instructions

  • I've reviewed the user manual for the C2-S Micro Gel Caster. This document outlines the step-by-step process of gel casting using the Owl Micro Gel System Model. The manual details how to place the glass slide, pour the agarose solution, use the comb, remove the slide after solidification, and prepare it for running the gel in the buffer chamber. I'm ready to answer any questions you have about these procedures.
  • What size glass slide is used with the caster?
What is the next step after the agarose solidifies?
Where do I place the glass slide after removing it from the caster?
