SERIOUS OR FATAL CRUSHING INJURIES CAN OCCUR FROM TIPOVER. TO HELP PREVENT TIPOVER:
• NEVER ALLOW CHILDREN TO CLIMB, STAND, HANG, OR PLAY ON ANY PART OF MONITOR OR
STAND.
• USE TIPOVER RESTRAINT OR ANCHOR STAND TO WALL
USE OF TIPOVER RESTRAINTS MAY ONLY REDUCE, BUT NOT ELIMINATE RISK OF TIPOVER.
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD
SMALL PARTS - NOT FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS. ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED.
Install legs (E) to underside of platform (D) using M6x14 bolts (L).
STEP 2
Slide base cover (G) up onto pole (A).
Install base (F) to pole using M6x16 bolts
(K) and tighten with 4mm Allen key (M).
Slide base cover down onto base.

NOTE: SOME HARDWARE MAY NOT BE USED

STEP 3
Attach pole assembly to platform assembly using M8x45 bolt (H) and support plate (I), and
tighten with 6mm Allen key (N) while making sure base is straight on platform. The cell
phone support lip on the base cover should be facing towards the front.
STEP 5
OPTION A: Flat Back Monitor
Attach VESA plate (B) to the monitor using bolts (M-A, M-C) with D5 washers (M-E).
Slide VESA plate with monitor onto head of VESA
bracket. Secure using the thumbscrew (J).
OPTION B: Curved Back Monitor
Attach VESA plate (B) to the monitor using bolts (M-B, M-D) with D5 washers (M-E)
and spacers (M-F).

Slide VESA bracket (C) down onto pole to desired height and tighten with 6mm Allen key
(N).

Adjust monitor to desired viewing angle. Smartphone may be placed in holder on base
cover.
If needed, adjust tilt joint support using 6mm Allen key (N). Use cable clip on pole to
organize cables.

Store Allen keys in cable clip when not in use.
