Description

Check Point Action

Unit will not

boot

Power LED is not lit up Plug in the AC adapter. Pressing the

Reset key, if you still cannot solve,

replace the battery, if you still cannot

solve, replace the MB

If its normal power LED is lit up,HDD

LED is normal lit up

Replace the Front Cover, if this does

not solve, replace the MB

If its normal power LED is lit up,HDD

LED is not normal lit

Pressing the Reset key first, if it’s

not resolved, replace with SSD. If

you still can not resolve it, replace

with the MB

Normal screen is lit, but couldn't boot the

operating system

Updating the Bios first, if it’s not

resolved, Updating the OS, if it’s not

resolved, replace with SSD. If above

all still cannot resolve it, replace with

the MB

Panel

Screen appears colorful or faded

Checking if Panel Cable is off, or

updating Bios. If it cannot be

resolved, replace the Front Cover. If

above all still cannot resolve it,

replace the Rear Cover Kit

Panel Damage or rupture Replace the Front Cover

Battery

Connecting to the Adaptor, if battery

charge is not increased or it could not be

charged at all.

Replace the Battery first, if not

resolved, replace with the MB

The appearance of the battery is

expanded or unusual.

Replace Battery

Touch

Under the operating system, there’s any

abnormal reaction on the touch screen.

Check if Touch Cable is connected,

or replace the Front Cover. If you

still cannot resolve, then replace the

MB

Items Materials：

Steps Assembly operations Description：

Remove antenna cable (marked in red

circle, after removing cables, remove the

thermal pad from the Heat sink ( marked in

red box) Then remove the thermal pad at

the copper column (pointed in red arrow)

將紅圈處各天線線材卸下，並將紅框處

Heat Sink 拆除後，清除箭頭處 Heat Sink

銅管墊片

Remove each FFC cables (follow where the

red arrow is pointing)

Unplug each cables connected from the

main board : Panel Cable(A)、Docking

Cable(B、C)、Battery Cable(D) (follow

where the red arrow is pointing)

Cable(B)、Dimming Board Cable(C)

Remove each screws from the main board

(marked in red circle)

Replace Front Cover (V)

Items Material：

Steps Assembly operations Description:：

1

Release screws (marked in red circle) then

remove the Dock Board.

Release screws (marked in red circle) then

remove the Battery Board

3

Release each screws (marked in red

circles)remove the hexagonal copper

column pointed in red arrow, panel cable

(pointed in black arrow) then finally

remove the Dimming Board(A) and I/O

Board(B)( check out yellow arrow

indicated)開紅圈處各螺絲，卸下紅箭頭

處下之六角銅柱、黑箭頭處之 Panel 燈

管線，最後拆下 Dimming Board(A)與 I/O

Board(B) (黃箭頭所指處為正面方向)

remove the middle plate.鬆開紅圈處各螺

絲，將中隔板組件移除

Release screws (marked in red circle) then

remove OSD Board and Speaker (marked

in red arrows)... 鬆開紅圈處各螺絲，將

OSD Board 與 SPK(紅箭頭處)移除

Front cover removal is done.完成前框拆

各紅圈處之四角防撞 Rubber 卸下

紅圈處內之螺絲卸下

Replace Middle Plate Kit (III)

Items Materials：

Steps Assembly operations Description：

Remove antenna cable (marked in red

circle, after removing cables, remove the

FFC 線材卸下，計有四處

main board : Panel Cable(A)、Docking

Cable(B、C)、Battery Cable(D) (follow

where the red arrow is pointing)將M/B上

各箭頭所指處之線材:

Panel Cable(A)、Docking Cable(B、C)、

Battery Cable(D)卸下

Items Material：

Steps Assembly operations Description：

Unplug each cables connected from the

main board: SPK Cable(A)、Touch

Cable(B)、DB04 Cable(C)將 M/B 上各箭

頭所指處之線材:

SPK Cable(A)、Touch Cable(B)、DB04

Cable(C)卸下

Remove the screw from the main board

(marked in red circle)卸下各紅圈處之螺

絲，以先行拆下 M/B
