The On/Off button with
AUTO OFF function
The AUTO OFF function
automatically deactivates the
appliance to stop energy
consumption:
• Before you press Start/Pause
button, if you do not use the
appliance for about five
minutes. Press On/Off button
to activate it again. All settings
are cancelled.
• After 5 minutes from the end
of the washing programme.
Once activated the appliance
again, the display shows the
end of the washing programme.

INTERACTIVE DISPLAY
With this special device, already during loading, the appliance shows the real
washing programme duration and the correct quantity of detergent to put for
each type and amount of laundry.
Since a small load may need less than half time of a full load, every time you
use the appliance you will appreciate the usefulness of the weight sensor and
its instant time calculation.
If you put more laundry than the maximum load, the symbol flashes. You can
wash your laundry anyway but the energy and water consumption increase.
In any case the overload indication is available only for programmes
with a maximum load lower than the appliance maximum load.
The appliance adjusts automatically the washing programme time to the
laundry you have put in the drum to have PERFECT washing results in the
minimum necessary time. The dot flashes .
After approximately 15 minutes from the start of the programme, the display
shows the new time value. The dot stops to flash .

When you set one of these functions the relative symbol goes on.

Indicator bars:
The empty indicator bars come on when the related fuctions are available
with the set programme. In setting mode they fill accordingly to the
function availability.

The simple and logic display gives immediately all the information about the washing programme
START THE APPLIANCE
1 Open the water tap.
2 Connect the mains plug to the mains socket.
3 Press On/Off button to activate the appliance.
ALWAYS ACTIVATE THE APPLIANCE BEFORE LOADING
THE LAUNDRY INTO THE DRUM.
4 Turn the programme knob to set a programme. The programme
indicator goes on.
5 The display shows the default temeprature, maximum spin speed
and the empty indicator bar of the available functions. To change
the default values or to set functions press the corresponding
buttons.
6 If necessary, set the delay start function.
7 Put the laundry in the drum, one item at a time.
8 The weight sensor shows the maximum load available ( ) and
your laundry load ( ). The weight of the laundry updates by step
of 0.5 kg.
9 Do not overload the appliance.
10 Close the door.
11 The text bar on the display (A) tells the percentage of detergent to
use. To have PERFECT washing results with MINIMUM energy and
water consumption follow this suggestion.
12 Put the detergent and additives in the correct compartment of the
dispenser.
13 Press Start/Pause button to start the programme.
14 At the end of the programme the display shows a zero and the
message tells that the washing programme is completed. If you set
the Rinse Hold function refer to “At the end of the programme”
chapter in the user manual.
Daily Use with weight sensor
LANGUAGE SETTING
The first time you activate the appliance, the display shows the default
language and tells you to confirm it or change it:
1 Turn the programme knob to set the desired language.
2 When the display shows the necessary language, press Start/Pause
button to confirm the selection.
To change the language of the display AFTER first activation:
1 Press Spin and Options buttons at the same time for some
seconds to activate the language set mode.
2 Do again the previous 2 steps to set the new language.
CLOCK SETTING
After you set the language, the display tells to set the clock:
1 The hour digits flash.
2 Turn the programme knob to change the hour.
3 Press Start/Pause button to confirm the selection.
4 The minute digits flash.
5 Turn the programme knob to change the minutes.
6 Press Start/Pause button to confirm the selection.
To change the clock of the display AFTER first activation:
1 Press Extra Rinse and Time Save buttons at the same time for
some seconds to acitvate the clock set mode.
2 Do again the previous 6 steps to set the new time.
