Welcome to Simplace!

Dear seller, Simplace welcomes you and thanks you for choosing

our platform to sell your products on. Simplace aims to become

the biggest marketplace for sim enthusiasts, offering the widest

selection of sim racing and flight simulation equipment. Simplace

gives you (the seller) the platform, solutions, and support you need

to grow your businesses.

As a marketplace we are grateful to collaborate with sellers like

yourself to create a great experience for both the supplier and the

consumer!

This manual is designed to help you add your first product,

collection, edit an existing one and how to manage your

accounting analytics.

How to create an account?

There are certain steps that the seller needs to follow:

1. Sign up/Login to your seller account.

2. If you signed up, please wait for the account to be approval by us.

3. Once approved, you can start setting up your account and add your

products to Simplace.

4. When products are added to Simplace, they will be evaluated by our

team.Once approved, the products will be available on Simplace.

5. The seller needs to add the payment details to which he wish to receive

the order payments.

6. In case you encounter any problems, please do not hesitate our team

through [email protected].

Seller Login/Sign up:

To login or create an account as a seller, click on the “seller login” button. This

button you can find in the home page header on the right side (see the

picture below).

After you clicked on the “seller login” button you will be redirected to the

seller portal. See the picture below.

To start adding products to the store, the seller needs to register/log in.

seller dashboard

This is the view of the seller dashboard once the seller has successfully logged

in. The seller can have an idea of the products, orders, commission (admin

share in the order), etc by just looking at the dashboard.

Products

Under this menu- products >> product listing, all the product-related

information will be shown, the product can also be edited, viewed and

deleted from here:

As a seller you also have the “bulk edit” option (see the screenshot below).

The seller can bulk edit the products and can add the products via CSV file to

Simplace.

See the “add product” form below:

This way you can add the product.

In the picture below you will see how to add a product to Simplace.

orders

As a seller you can view and manage all your orders from the “orders” menu,

see the picture below:

The order listing page will list all the orders placed for the seller. The seller

can fulfil the order by viewing the order from the order view page.

Moreover, from the order view, the seller can also enter the tracking number

for the order and also print the invoice for that particular order.

Under the order menu, the submenu “payment received”, you will find the

payment due, and the total payment received by the seller.

When you go to orders > Payment Received: A list of all the payments

received by the seller with payment status will be shown:

Profile

Sellers can manage their accounts from the “my account” submenu under

the Profile menu. With my account page, the seller profile page pic, banner

image, and all the personal information can be managed:

Under the “Payment Details” submenu, a seller can add the details of the

payment mode by which he wishes to receive his earning from Simplace.
