5. OPERATING LOGIC OF THE MACHINE
The general power-up function takes place from the control panel by means of a bistable light switch. (ie switch
pressed remains in ON position that corresponds to closing contact)
The function of switching on the heating in the steam boiler takes place from the control panel by means of a
bistable light switch.
The functions of opening and closing the steam solenoid valve are triggered by a trigger controlled by a 12V voltage
with monostable command (necessary presence of the hand for operation)
The detergent pump ignition function takes place by a button on the handle that is also attached with a monostable
command as dispensation requires presence of the hand for operation.
The suction motor on / off function is triggered by trigger with first impulse for ignition and subsequent impulse for
switching off. Therefore, the presence of the hand is not necessary because aspiration remains activated.
5.1 WORKING LOGIC
The general ignition of the machine provides for the filling of water in the boiler up to the level reached by the level
sensor in boiler S1. Sensor voltage + 5Vdc with respect to the ground screwed onto the chassis and then the boiler
mass. The water pump off delay is programmable (SEE DIAGRAMS SCH_ENDURA) Boiler resistance is activated only
after reaching the water level in the boiler. The boiler is switched off by means of a control pressure switch in series
with an operating thermostat with a max setting of 170 ° C being electrically connected in series. The manual reset
safety thermostat (210 ° C) interrupts the general power supply of the machine, being in series with a general power
supply phase.
The water pump is controlled by the level sensor in the boiler which is conductive

The float of the water tank as well as the detergent is in reed contact, normally closed if there is no water and
normally open if water is present.
5.2 ALARMS AND BLOCKS
The main lock alarm of the machine is due to the lack of water.
The lack of water is managed both by the sensor signal in boiler S1 which prevents dry running of the electrical
resistance and jointly by the float signal immersed in the water tank which prevents dry running of the water
pump.

Alarm table
The alarm lamp (Fig.4 item 5) warns the user in case of anomalies during normal machine operation.
If the warning light blinks, the machine is in a locked state and must be switched off and on again to resume normal
operations.
It is advisable to understand the causes of the block by referring to the following table.
If the same block is repeated, turn off the machine and provide the resolution to prevent situations that may
compromise the safety and integrity of the internal components. Refer to the problem table for the resolution.

Water vibration pump and detergent injection pump 230Vac connected with connectors with internal diode.
In case of failure to start the pump (both water pump and detergent pump), compressed air must be applied to
purge air in the circuit.
The water pump is equipped with a control valve with by-pass that regulates the flow according to the operating
pressure in the boiler.

Screw in clockwise to decrease the discharge in by-pass, increasing the water flow in the boiler.
In case of failure of the water pump to start (unscrew the by-pass screw almost completely) to deaerate the
suction circuit until the water comes out of the by-pass drain.
Then fully tighten the screw
DETERGENT / WATER PUMP for injection with steam
The detergent pump is equipped with outgoing flow control valve.
