ASSEMBLY STEPS
STEP 2
OPTION A: Wood Stud Installation
Use a stud finder to determine where Template (B) slots and wood studs overlap. Mark drilling locations
on wall. Drill 1.5” (38mm) deep holes using a 3/32” (2.5mm) drill bit. Attach Mount (A) to wall using
M5x40 Screws (C).
STEP 3
OPTION B: Concrete/Brick Installation
Use Template (B) to mark drilling locations on wall. Drill 6X 1.625” (41mm) deep holes using a 5/16”
(8mm) drill bit. Insert 6X Anchors (F) into wall. Attach Mount (A) to wall using 6X M5x40 Screws (C).
Secure Sonos Beam speaker to Mount (A) using M5x10
Screws (D), Plastic Spacers (E), and M5 Washers (G).
Make sure Plastic Spacers (E) are placed between Mount
(A) and Sonos Beam speaker as shown.
Optional: For added stability in drywall,
it is recommended to use at least two
additional Anchors (F) and M5x40 Screws
(C). Use Template (B) to mark additional
locations for drilling on wall. Drill 1.625”
(41mm) deep holes using a 5/16” (8mm)
drill bit. Insert Anchors (F) into wall.
STEP 1
Important: Template (B) is meant to represent the approximate height and width of the Mount (A) and
Sonos Beam speaker once installed. Use it to determine the location of the Sonos Beam speaker before
drilling holes. Keep 1” (25 mm) space minimum fro access to beams touch controls.
Fix Template (B) to wall in desired location using low tack
tape and level. If adjustment is needed, remove Template
(B) from wall and repeat process until a satisfactory
location is attained.
