Required Tools:

• 13mm Socket

• Ratchet Wrench

• #2 Phillips Screwdriver

• 6mm Allen Key

• 4mm Allen Key

1. Use a 13mm socket to secure the left side upper

handrail (740-79119-XX) to the lower left handrail

using four (4) pieces each of the M8 x 20mm hex

head cap screw (740-4589) and M8 toothed lock

washer (740-7856).

2. Repeat Step 1 for the right side upper handrail

(740-7920-XX).

3. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to secure the left

front (740-7855) and back (740-7856) joint covers

to the unit using four (4) pieces of the M2 x

9.5mm pan head screw (740-7922).

4. Repeat Step 3 for the right side front (740-7853)

and back (740-7854) joint covers.

5. Route the cable bundle up through the beauty

ring (721-1428-XX) and the mast assembly (721-

1487-XX, 701-0020-XX), then use a secure the

mast to the frame using four (4) pieces each of

the M8 x 20mm socket head cap screw (730-

0889) and M8 cosmetic counter-bore washer

(718-5693).

6. Use a 4mm allen key to lock the mast assembly to

the frame using one (1) piece of the M8 x 40mm

set screw (740-4593).

7. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to secure the back

console shroud to the console weldment using

eight (8) pieces of the #8-18 x 3/4” screw (110-

3402) and M4 washer (120-3307).

8. Install the console grommet onto the mast (020-

7522).

9. Refer to the documentation contained inside the

console box in order to connect the console to

the unit.

NOTE: Depending on which console was purchased,

the install instructions could di er.

10. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to secure the

console front (701-0317-XX) to the back shroud

using eight (6) pieces of the #8-18 x 3/4” screw.
