Recommended wiring for optimal performance:
Following this procedure will allow the user to have an automatic reversing system when no caravan
is attached.

1. Leave Green trigger wire disconnected - This allows you to select either camera while reversing.
This is the easiest wiring installation option.
2. Connect the car camera (C20) to accessory power instead of reverse light positive power so that the
camera can be viewed from the monitor in non-reversing applications. This means the user can monitor the
tow hitch area while towing.
• Connect the C20 camera (vehicle camera) to the monitor’s Video Input 2 (Reverse trigger
switches Video Input 2 to display on monitor while reversing) and CC10 camera to Video Input 1
(Caravan camera).
• Connect the reverse trigger wire (green) to the reverse light positive power.
• Connect an isolation switch on the reverse trigger wire and install near the dash so that the
reverse trigger wire can be disabled when using a caravan.

when the caravan is not in use the
screen will not switch to the caravan
camera CC10 while reversing (blank
screen will come up as caravan is
not connected)

plugs - This can be done when
caravan is not in use so that the
reverse trigger will work with the
camera on the car (C20)

INSTALLATION
1) Determine installation location (usually the centre-rear of vehicle).

b) Insert Type - Carefully drill hole (hole saw supplied) in bumper & insert camera
2) Connect RED cable to 12V+ power cable of Reversing Light circuit. (connect to
DFFHVVRULHVIRUFRQVWDQWPRQLWRULQJLIUHTXLUHG
3) Connect BLACK cable to ground.
4) Connect signal extension cable. RCA / 4Pin (M) Patch Lead.
5) Connect RCA (Yellow) video cable to LCD monitor.
6) Connect Patch Lead to Monitor (4-Pin Connection)
