FORMATTING MICRO SD CARD
The Memory Card is needed to format firstly on computer and then format on the
camera to make sure it can be more compatible with the camera.
This wifi cam support micro SD card, up to 128GB with class 10 & above.
Please format the card on computer firstly as “FAT32”, see above picture.
After inserting the card into the camera, and then powering on the camera.
Open the Phone APP to select the setting icon to enter into Camera Setting, then
select “Memory Card Information” to click “Format Memory Card” to format the card.
Note: Before above, make sure you already add the camera to your phone app, please
refer to 2.2.

INSTALL APP
REGISTRATION AND ADD CAMERA
Search “AKASO iEyes” in App Store or Google Play store to download and install the
APP onto your smart phone.
NOTE: Only support smartphone operation system above Android 4.4 and iOS 9.2.

2.2 Add Camera
Please use your registered account to login and add camera as below
2.2.1 Wireless mode:
To pair the camera with the account via Wi-Fi
Before the paring, make sure the red indication light is blinking.
If not, please press the reset button. Here is where the reset button located.

Tap on“+”to add new camera in the main menu and choose“Smart wireless mode”
When the camera’s red light is blinking with the sound“Di-Di”, tap on “Next”to
configure Wi-Fi.
Please make sure your cellphone has connected to a WiFi network.
Please make sure the camera is connecting the same WiFi network as your cellphone.
Please note 5G network is NOT supported.

After the camera is successfully added, please choose“Default encryption” encrypted
by system or “Custom encryption”(encrypted by your own password) to protect
your privacy. If you choose “Custom encryption”, you will be required to enter the
password before watching videos or pictures.

2.2.2 Wire mode:Connect camera to router by Ethernet cable
(Only available for the model with Ethernet interface)
Use an Ethernet cable to connect camera to router according to APP instruction then
tap next;

App starts to search camera automatically. Once MAC address is found, tap to add
the camera and wait for the indicator light turn green along with Dingdong Sound.
When you hear “Camera ready”, please wait until the app display the page for you
to input the name of the camera.

OPERATION
If you have forgotten your password, please tap on the login page to
enter the retrieve password page:
Choose your registered country and your account then tap on “Obtain” to get a
verification code in your registered email box.
Enter the correct verification code and new password to complete the operation.
