Camera Plate with Motor
12v Adapter

1 x 1/4" to 3/8" Convertible Screw,
1 x 1/4"-20 Screw & Accessories.

Moon Control Setup
Loosen the knob of camera plate and remove
the camera plate from the Slider.
Pull out the motor from the camera base
plate as shown in the image.
Loosen both side knobs of camera plate then
aach onto the slider and ghten the
provided knob.
Push the motor towards your side and aach
the motor with slider as shown in image.
Aach the 3 pin side of the wire with the
camera plate as shown.

You can Power the Remote Controller with 2 ways
1. 12v Adapter
2. Baery
12v Adapter: Aach the 12v Adapter
with controller then press the power
buon.
Battery: Attach the battery (Not
Included) with controller then press the
power button
Aach the another side of the wire (5 pin)
with remote controller for movement of
slider.

Warranty: We oer one year warranty for our products from date of purchase. Within this period of
me, we will repair it without charge for labor or parts. Warranty doesn’t cover transportaon costs nor
does it cover a product subjected to misuse or accidental damage. Warranty repairs are subjected to
inspecon and evaluaon by us.
