4. SelecttheMisctab.
5. ConfigurethePBXSwitchparameterandsetittomatchtheemulatedtelephone.
SelectLucent_2_wireifemulatingeitherthe7434Dor7434NDtypetelephones.
SelectLucent_4_wireifemulatingthe8434Dtypetelephones.
3.2 MigratingfromAnalogModeCodeIntegrationtoDigitalEmulation
PriortoupgradingtheUCServersoftware,backuptheuserdatatoanotherlocation.TomakeacopyoftheUCServeruserdata
performthefollowing:
CopytheC:\programfiles\Objectworld\UCServerServer\Datadirectorytoanotherlocation.
Toupgradeyourexistinganalogintegrationtoadigitalintegration
1. ShutdowntheUCServer.
2. ReplacetheanalogIntelDialogicCardwiththedigitalIntelDialogicCard.
3. RemovetheanalogDialogiccard.
4. InstalltheD/82JCTUcard.
5. TurnontheUCServer.
6. StoptheUCServerservicethroughtheMicrosoftServicescontrolpanel.
7. ConfiguretheDialogiccardthroughtheDialogicConfigurationManager.
8. UninstalltheoldversionofUCServersoftware,withtheAdd/RemoveprogramsfromtheControlPanel.
9. ReinstallthenewversionofUCServer.
10. RuntheServerConfigurationWizard,asdescribedbelow.Allofthepreviousconfigurationdatawillberetained.Youwill
needtoreconfigurethedigitalports.
