Hobart KA7EVH is a ventless hood designed for use over Hobart KA7E rotisserie ovens. It eliminates the need for a conventional hood, providing an efficient and cost-effective solution for kitchens without existing ventilation systems. LISTINGS:
This hood is ETL Listed to Standard UL-710B and
EPA test method 202 when installed in accordance
with these installation instructions and National
Fire Protection Association Standard “NFPA 96,
Standard for Ventilation Control and Fire Protection
of Commercial Cooking Operations.”
This product is not provided with an integral re
extinguishing system. Authorities having jurisdiction
should be consulted as to the requirement for this
equipment with respect to re extinguishing systems,
such as the need for a eld installed system in
accordance with NFPA 96.
This hood is NSF Certied to NSF/ANSI Standard 2.
INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS:
The KA7EVH ventless hood must be interlocked
with oven using hood kit accessory, or stacking kit
accessory.
