SYMPTOM
Loose or cracked cup cover after replacement of guide rods.
ACTION
When connecting the Guide Rods to the Cup Cover they should be tightened by hand only.
The threaded end of each Guide Rod should have a single drop of Blue LOCTITE®* applied before threading into the Cup Cap.
Each rod should be hand tightened only.
NOTE: Complete a “Daily Zone 1 Cleaning” procedure before placing the unit back in operation.
