Johnson & Starley LE155 & LE250 MVHR is a high-efficiency ventilation system that provides whole-house mechanical ventilation to living areas and bedrooms. The system complies with Approved Document F of the Building Regulations, meaning it meets the standards for ventilation.

The system uses a high-performance heat exchanger to recover heat from the stale and contaminated air that is drawn from bathrooms and utility rooms, as well as from the kitchen if a cooker canopy is fitted. This heat is then used to temper the incoming fresh air, reducing energy consumption.

The system can be controlled manually using a remote control switch, a light pull cord, or a remote humidistat. The unit will run at a minimum set speed, and the boost function can be activated to increase the ventilation rate.

bedrooms. The heat from the LE155/LE250 is recovered from stale contaminated air drawn
from bathrooms and utility rooms in conjunction with stale air from the kitchen; drawn through
a cooker canopy if fitted. The LE155/LE250 uses a high performance heat exchanger that
recovers heat and uses it to temper the incoming fresh air.
This type of system complies with Approved Document F of the Building Regulations F1 Means
of Ventilation.
