Commercial Electric 5028-BK-2PK
The Commercial Electric 5028-BK-2PK Flexible Opening Cable Wall Plate is designed to help you conceal low voltage wiring behind your flat-screen TV, amplifier, or other audio/video devices. It's easy to install – simply cut a hole in the drywall using the enclosed template, pull your cables through the opening, and insert the wall plate. The wall plate screws with wings will fasten tightly against the back of the drywall.
This wall plate is only designed for use with low voltage/data cables, so you can't run your TV cord or other electrical cords inside the drywall. The National Electrical Code (NEC) does not allow the installation of the TV power cord or an extension cord behind the wall.
