PREPARING OPENING IF REPLACING THE TRACK
Remove trim casing around the door using wide ply bars to
salvage the trim and remove jambs that cover the rough
framing. Once the casing and jambs have been removed,
remove the door from the pocket and take rollers off the track.
Using a stud sensor, locate the end of the door track that is
concealed within the pocket of the wall. Mark the top, bottom
and sides carefully. Using a drywall saw cut an area within the
marked borders to allow access for your tools to remove the
existing door track.

PREPARING HEADER
If replacing existing track, loosen the screws and remove
the track.
To avoid misalignment that can cause track damage over time,
use a leveler to determine that header is leveled horizontally. If
the level indicates that it is not, use wood shims and nail them
in uneven areas until leveled.
CÓMO PREPARAR EL DINTEL
Si se va a reemplazar el riel existente, afloja los tornillos y
quita el riel.
Para evitar una alineación incorrecta que puede causar que el
riel se dañe con el tiempo, usa un nivelador para determinar si
el dintel está nivelado horizontalmente. Si el nivel indica que
no está nivelado, usa cuñas de madera y clávalas en las áreas

CÓMO PREPARAR LA ABERTURA SI SE VA A
REEMPLAZAR EL RIEL:
Quita el marco que recubre la puerta utilizando barras anchas
para conservar la moldura y quitar las jambas que cubren el
armazón de la puerta sin acabado. Una vez que hayas quitado
el marco y las jambas, quita la puerta de la cavidad y los
rodillos del riel.
Utilizando un detector de vigas, ubica el extremo del riel de la
puerta que se esconde en la cavidad de la pared. Marca el
extremo superior, el inferior y los lados cuidadosamente.
Utilizando una sierra para drywall corta un área dentro de los
bordes marcados para poder introducir las herramientas y
quitar el riel de la puerta existente.

INSTALLING DOOR
a) Install door onto Hanger by lifting the door and sliding Door Plate
onto post as shown.
b) Using the wrench provided turn the post to adjust the door vertically
so it has sufficient floor clearance and is plumb. Do not unscrew
post from Hanger.
c) Slide locking tab into place so tab sits securely between door plate
and hanger nut.

a) Para instalar la puerta en el Colgador, levanta la puerta y desliza la
placa de la puerta en el poste, ver la imagen correspondiente.
b) Con la llave incluida, gira el poste para ajustar la puerta
verticalmente y así garantizar que tiene espacio libre suficiente
desde el piso y está a plomo. No quites el poste del Colgador.
c) Desliza la lengüeta de cierre de modo que descanse firmemente

INSTALLING HANGERS
From the open end of track, slide both
Hangers into track as shown.
NOTE: Silicone lubricant can be applied for
smoother operation of track. For best
performance of track, painting track is not
recommended.
INSTALAR LOS COLGADORES
Tal como se muestra, por el Extremo Abierto del riel desliza
ambos colgadores dentro del mismo.
NOTA: Puede aplicarse lubricante de silicona para mejorar el

Position both Door Plates on top side of door
panel at least 7/8
in in from left and right
edges of door panel as shown. Secure Door
Plates to top of door panel using #8 x 1-1/2
in
screws, 4 for each door plate.

INSTALLING TRACK
The Track does not require cutting if your door panel
width is 36
in. If necessary, cut the new track to the
appropriate length. Generally, your track length should be
(Door Width x 2) – 3
in.
Attach the track with supplied #8 x 5/8
in screws to the
Pocket Door Header.
Make sure there is sufficient space between the track
and the jamb to allow hangers to slide in.
CÓMO INSTALAR EL RIEL
No es necesario cortar el Ensamblado de la Riel si el ancho del panel
de la puerta es de 36
plg (91,4 cm). Si fuera necesario, corta el nuevo
riel del largo adecuado. Generalmente, el largo del riel debe ser

INSTALLING FINISH AND FLAT JAMBS
(Not Included in Set)
a) On pocket end of opening, position both Finish
Jambs so that they lie between the Nailing Strip
and the rough floor.
b) Butt the Finish Jambs beneath the Nailing Strip and
if necessary, shim so Finish Jambs are plumb,
leaving 3/16 in clearing between the door and
Finish Jambs.
c) Nail into position with 2
in nails.
d) Install Finish Flat Jamb on opposite side of door
opening.
e) Nail into position with 2
in nails. Slide door over
and if necessary shim Finish Flat Jamb so it is
plumb with door.
INSTALAR LAS JAMBAS PLANAS Y DE ACABADO
(No Incluidas con el Juego)
a) En el extremo empotrado de la abertura, coloca ambas Jambas de
Acabado entre la Banda de Clavar y el piso sin terminación.
b) Une a tope las Jambas de Acabado debajo de la Banda de clavar y si
es necesario, usa cuñas para nivelar a plomo las jambas y dejar un
espacio libre de 3/16

With nylon guides facing toward the door opening, fasten
Door Guide to Split Jamb using #8 x 1
in screws
as shown.
INSTALAR LA GUÍA DE LA PUERTA
Con las guías de nailon mirando hacia adentro de la abertura, fija la Guía
de Puerta en la Jamba Dividida con tornillos de Núm. 8 x 1
plg (2,5 cm), tal

INSTALLING DOOR TRIM
Adjust Door Guides before installing trim. Install door trim
over Door Guides allowing 3/16 in clearance between
door and guide.
INSTALAR LAS MOLDURAS DE LA PUERTA
