WARNING: To avoid electrical shock, disconnect power to your cooler before installing or
servicing the pad.
NOTE: XeL50 Rigid. Media is constructed with two differing angles for water and air flow. INSTALL ONLY
AS SHOWN IN DIAGRAM.
The XeL50 Rigid media is made up of alternating sheets with
two different angles. When the media is installed properly,
the 45°angle slopes down toward the
air entering side of the media as shown
in the diagram. The 15° angle slopes downward towards the inside of the
cooler. Failure in reduced performance and water carry-over into the
dry section of the Cooler.
NOTE: There may be a slight odor noticed during the initial start-up
following installation of this pad. The door will disappear within the first few days of operation if bleed-off is
used.
HESSAIRE PACKAGING XeL50 RIGID REPLACEMENT PAD LIMITED 5-YEAR WARRANTY
HESSAIRE Packaging, extends this limited warranty to the original purchaser of a Genuine XeL50 Rigid
Replacement Pad installed and used under normal conditions within the continental United States.
Ⅰ. Five Year Coverage applies to the structural integrity of the pad. We will exchange the pad should it
fail as a result of a defect in material or workmanship during the first five years from the date of initial
purchase.
Ⅱ. What this warranty does not cover.
A. Mineral accumulation, dirt and dust are not defects and are excluded from this warranty.
B. This warranty does not cover any failure, damage, or defect that results from improper or unauthorized
installation or service.
C. This warranty does not cover the cost of a service call at the site of installation to diagnose cause of
trouble, the cost of labor to install the pad, or mileage to or from the site. HESSAIRE packaging does not
pay freight/postage on any exchange.
Ⅲ.Do not use cooler cleaners, cooler treatments, or other additives in your evaporative cooler. The use of
any of these products will void your warranty and may impair the life of your cooler and/or replacement
pad.
Ⅳ.To obtain service under this warranty, contact the store where you purchased your XeL50 Rigid
Replacement Pad.
This warranty is the only warranty extended by HESSAIRE Packaging to purchasers of this replacement
media. HESSAIRE Packaging disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, that arise by the
operation of the law, except that implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
are limited to the duration of the warranty period. HESSAIRE Packaging shall not be liable for any
incidental or consequential damage which may have resulted from any alleged breach of warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations or exclusions stated above may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
