Ein polaritätsfreier Anschluss ist möglich, aber beachten Sie nach Möglich-

keit die Kennzeichnung

Easy Installation-Kabel:

Installation

Stellen Sie vor der Installation sicher, dass die Stromzufuhr abge-

stellt ist.

Steckverbindung (Easy Installation) im Gehäusesockel

1. Die Abdeckkappe dient zum Schutz gegen Verschmutzung während der

Montage (z.B. wenn das Kabel durch eine Wand gezogen wird).

2. Zum Schutz der Steckverbindung dient der beiliegende Schrumpf-

schlauch.

Dazu ein passendes Stück abschneiden, über die Steckverbindung schie-

ben und schrumpfen.

Wandmontage

1. Die drei Halsbefestigungsschrauben ⑩ etwas (aber nicht vollständig)

lösen, so dass der Kamerakörper beweglich ist.

2. Die Montageplatte ⑫ mit den mitgelieferten Schrauben an Wand oder

Decke befestigen. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Kabel sicher verlegt ist und

nicht von der Montageplatte ⑫ beschädigt werden kann (siehe Aussparung).

3. Entfernen Sie den Gehäusekörper ① durch Lösen der beiden Rückwand-

schrauben ⑧ und legen Sie ihn an einem sicheren Ort bereit.

4. Stellen Sie die Kamerarichtung grob ein, und befestigen Sie die drei

Halsbefestigungsschrauben ⑩.

5. Schalten Sie die Stromzufuhr zur Kamera ein.

6. Stellen Sie den Zoom ⓒ und den Fokus ⓑ ein.

Sichern Sie nach der Einstellung von Zoom und Fokus die beiden Knöpfe.

7. Stellen Sie die Parameter im Menü ein.

8. Unterbrechen Sie die Stromzufuhr wieder.

9. Wiederholen Sie Schritt 1).

Dieser Schritt dient der Vorbereitung für eine leichte Montage in Schritt 10).

10. Ersetzen Sie den im Kameragehäuse liegenden Silicagel-Beutel durch

einen neuen, nachdem Sie die Kamera eingestellt haben.

11. Montieren Sie den Gehäusekörper ① an der Rückwand, indem Sie die

beiden Rückwandschrauben ⑧ festziehen.

Beim Festziehen der beiden Rückwandschrauben ⑧ nicht zuerst die eine

und dann die andere festziehen – beide Schrauben müssen wechselweise

nach und nach festgezogen werden.

12. Stellen Sie die Kamera genau ein, bevor Sie sie endgültig sichern, und

ziehen Sie die drei Halsbefestigungsschrauben vollständig fest ⑩

Deckenmontage

Sie ist für die Überkopfmontage an der Decke geeignet, wobei das Kamera-

modul im Gehäuse um 180° gedrehtwerden muss.

Der Umbau für die Überkopfmontage sollte durch den Techn. Kundendienst

der Fa. Videor E. Hartig GmbH erfolgen.

Einstellung des Bildausschnitts

1. Gehäuse abziehen.

2. Kamera einschalten (Spannungsversorgung) und Monitor anschließen.

Kamera Konﬁguration

Zugriﬀ und Steuerung des Konﬁgurationsmenüs können über den OSD

Joystick an der Kamera und einen Service Monitor erfolgen.

▲,▼,◄,► zeigt die Richtung der Joystick- Betätigung an.

● bedeutet, den Joystick-Hebel gerade nach unten zu drücken.

Im Menü verwenden Sie ▲,▼ zur Bewegung im Menü, ◄,► zum Ändern der

Einstellungen, und drücken Sie ● zum Auswählen oder Bestätigen.

Die WERKEINSTELLUNG (FACTORY DEFAULT) in diesem Handbuch ent-

spricht aufgrund der Änderungen zur Verbesserung oder der Kundenanfor-

derungen möglicherweise NICHT den durch FACTORY SET einstellbaren

Standardwerten.

OSD Hauptmenü

Zum Aufrufen des Menüs drücken

Sie ● während das Menü nicht

aufgerufen ist.

3. Lösen Sie die Fokus-Einstellschraube und stellen Sie den Fokus ein.

4. Lösen Sie die Zoom-Einstellschraube und stellen Sie den Zoom ein.

5. Nach beendeter Einstellung beide Rändelschrauben wieder festziehen

und Gehäuse schließen.

EXPOSURE - Zur Einstellung von SHUTTER/AGC (Automatische

Verstärkungsregelung), D-WDR (Dynamischer WDR),

FLICKERLESS und HLC/BLC.

LENS DC Zur Auswahl des Objektivtyps, DC oder MANUELL.

Einstellung auf DC bei Verwendung eines DC Auto-

Iris Objetivs. Kameras mit eingebautem DC V/F

Objektiv müssen auf DC gestellt werden.

Einstellung auf MANUELL bei Verwendung eines

Festbrennweiten- oder manuellen Objektivs.

FOCUS ADJ. - Hilft bei der genauen Einstellung des benötigten Fo-

kus durch Simulation der TAG/NACHT-Umschaltung

und vermeidet die Defokussierung bei Nacht.

DAY/NIGHT AUTO Zur Einstellung der Tag/Nacht-Umschaltung auf EXT,

AUTO, COLOR oder B/W.

Eine Kamera mit IR-LED muss auf EXT gestellt

werden.

EXT – Tag/Nacht-Umschaltung wird von einem

eingebauten Helligkeitssensor auf dem LED-Board

ausgeführt.

AUTO – Wenn die Tag/Nacht-Umschaltung automa-

tisch anhand des durchs Objektiv fallenden Lichts

bestimmt wird. Im Menü können DELAY (Umschalt-

verzögerung), D –>N Umschaltschwelle T->N), N

–>D (Umschaltschwelle N->T) eingestellt werden.

COLOR – Die Tag/Nacht-Umschaltung ist deaktiviert

und es wird Farbvideo ausgegeben.

B/W (Schwarz/Weiß) – Entfernen des IR-Sperrﬁlters

und Umschalten auf NIGHT (Nacht), unabhängig von

der Helligkeit.

3D-NR - Einstellung von LEVEL für 3D-NR zur Rauschreduk-

tion.

PICT ADJUST - Einstellung von WHITE BAL (Weißabgleich), CONT-

RAST (Kontrast), SHARPNESS (Schärfe), HUE (Farb-

ton), R-GAIN, B-GAIN und D-EFFECT (Digitaleﬀekte).

Camera can be operated with either 12Vdc or 24Vac.

Polarity free connection is acceptable but follow the indication if possible.

Easy Installation cable at the cable end:

Installation

Make sure the power is removed before installation.

Connection (Easy installation) at the cable end

1. The cover cap serves to protect against dirt during the installation (e.g.

when the cable is led through a wall).

2. The attached shrink tube serves to protect the connection.

To use this, cut oﬀ a suitable amount, push it over the connection and

shrink it.

Installation on Wall

1. Loosen three ⑩ neck fastening screws a little (but not completely) so

that camera body can move.

2. Secure the ⑫ mount base with screws supplied to the wall or cei-

ling. Make sure that the cable is routed safely not to be damaged by the

⑫mount base (see gap).

3. Separate the ① housing body by loosening two ⑧ rear cover screws

and place it at a safe area. Make sure that inside of the ① housing body

should not be contaminated by dust or liquid

4. Set the camera direction roughly and fasten three ⑩ neck fastening

screws.

5. Apply the power to the camera.

7. Adjust the setting parameters by using ⓘ OSD Joystick.

8. Remove the power again.

9. Repeat step 1). This step is a preparation for an easy assembling for

step 10.

10. Replace the existing silica-gel bag with new one after setting camera

control parameters.

11. Assemble the ① housing body to the rear cover by tighten two rear ⑧

cover screws. When securing two ⑧ rear cover screws, do not complete

one at a time and another next. Both screws are recommended to be tighte-

ned evenly a little at a time in turn.

12. Trim the camera before the ﬁnal secure and completely tighten three ⑩

neck fastening screws.

Installation on Ceiling

It is available for the upside down installation on the ceiling by re-arranging

the camera module inside the housing to be turned 180°.

The modiﬁcation for upside down mounting must be carried out by autho-

rized personnel.

Setup of the Image Sector

1. Pull oﬀ the camera housing.

2. Power up the camera and connect a monitor.

4. Loosen ⓑ Focus is adjustment knob and adjust the focus.

Setup menu can be accessed and controlled by OSD control joy stick on

the side of camera.

Five commands are available with the joy stick.

▲,▼,◄,► denotes the directions of

Joystick lever operation.

In the menu, use ▲,▼ to move menu, ◄,► to change the settings and press

● to select or enter.

FACTORY DEFAULT values in this manual may NOT be the same as the

default values by FACTORY SET due to the changes for the improvements

or the customer‘s requirements.

EXPOSURE - Can set SHUTTER/AGC, D-WDR, FLICKERLESS and

HLC/BLC.

LENS DC Selects the lens type, DC or MANUAL.

Set to DC when DC auto-iris lens is equipped. Ca-

meras with built-in DC V/F lens must be set to DC.

Set to MANUAL when a ﬁxed iris or a manual iris

lens is equipped.

FOCUS ADJ. - Helps adjust the exact needle focus by simulating

DAY & NIGHT and avoids from misalignment of

focus at night.

DAY/NIGHT AUTO DAY/NIGHT mode is available for EXT, AUTO, CO-

LOR and B/W.

EXT must be selected only for a camera with IR

LEDs.

EXT - DAY/NIGHT is switched by a built-in light sen-

sor on LED board.

AUTO – DAY/NIGHT is decided and switched by

the image processoralong with the amount of light

through the lens independent from the light sensor.

BURST, DELAY CNT, D→N THRES and N→D THRES

can be set in AUTO mode. BURST mode setting

here applies to EXT and B/W mode too.

COLOR – DAY/NIGHT function is disabled.

B/W – DAY/NIGHT is ﬁxed to NIGHT mode and the

IR cut ﬁlter is switched out forcibly

3D-NR - Sets LEVEL of 3D-NR to reduce the noise.

PICT ADJUST - Sets WHITE BAL, CONTRAST, SHARPNESS, HUE,

R-GAIN, B-GAIN and D-EFFECT(MIRROR, DIS,

EZOOM).

SPECIAL - Sets MOTION DET, PRIVACY, CAMERA ID, LAN-

GUAGE, PIXEL COMP and FACTORY RESET.

SAVE&EXIT Saves all parameters by pressing ● and exits the

setup menu

EXIT - Exits the setup menu without saving.

To save the changes, move cursor to ‚SAVE & EXIT‘

and press ● before exiting the setup menu
