Step1:
1. Lay down all 6pcs Cambered Rails (C) in a cycle. Insert all 6pcs Rail Connecters (N) into the end of
Cambered Rails (C), keep screw holes straight, as shown in Fig.1
2. Secure all 6pcs Post Holder (O) to the Cambered Rails (C) with Allen Wrench (Z6)
and M6x15mm Screws (Z), as shown in Fig. 2.
3. Turn over the circle structure as shown in Fig.3. DO NOT PUT ANY WEIGHT OR PRESSURE ON
THE STRUCTURE.

Step2:
1. Connect all 5pcs of Beams (A) and 1pc of Beam with Screw Holder (B) to Beam Hub (K). Use
1pc M6x15 Screw (Z) to secure each beam to Beam Hub (K), as shown in Fig.1 & Fig.2
2. This step requires 2 people to li the Roof structure onto the circle structure. Have one hold
the roof structure and the other person aach the booms of Beams (A) and Beam with
Screw Holder (B) to the top of Post
Holder (O), using M6x45 Screw (Z1). Refer to Fig.3
3. Connect Magnec Plate (Z5) with the inner part of Cambered Rail (C) right below the Beam
with Screw Holder (B) using M6x8 Screws (Z3).

Step3:
1. Insert the boom rib (the one without wheel) of the Canopy (G) into the boom of Beam with
Screw Holder (B), as shown in Fig.1
Connect the top rib of the Canopy (G) onto the top of Beam with Screw Holder (B) with M5x15
Screw and Nut (X), as shown in Fig.2
2. Place the ribs with wheels onto the Cambered Rail (C), as Shown in Fig.3 & Fig.4. (Make sure all
the wheels are on the back side of the magnec plate (Z5).
3. Thread
the wire of the Canopy (G) through the top of the Beam Hub (K). As shown in Fig.5.
Secure the Canopy (G) and Beam Hub (K) with a Nut and Washer (U), using Nut Wrench (Z) on the top of
the Beam Hub (K) and Wrench (Z12) under the Canopy (G). Tighten them as shown in Fig.6

Step4:
1. With one person holding the Light (M), another person connect the two wires as shown
in Fig.1
2. Secure the Light (M) under the Folding Canopy (G) by inserting 2pcs M6x15 Screws(Z)
through the bracket and into the top of the Light(M). As shown in Fig.2

Step5:
1. Insert the 2pcs Canopy Cover Attachment Tube (I) into Canopy Cover (S) as shown in Fig.1.
Attach the Canopy Cover (S) to the Beams (A & B) with 3pcs M6x15 Screws (Z) on each Beam. As
shown in Fig.3 & Fig.4
2. Connect the Canopy Cover Support Bar (H) onto the end of Beam (B) and Beam (A) with
M6x15 Screw (Z). Attach the end of Canopy Cover (S) to the Canopy Cover Support Bar (H) using
the veko on the bottom of the Canopy Cover (S) . As shown in Fig.2

Step6:
*** Take out Solar Panel (J), Be sure to turn on the Solar Panel (J) (Press the red button) ,
as shown in Fig.1
1. Thread the wire on the Solar Panel (J) into the big hole of the Light Cover (L). Connect
the Solar Panel (J) and Light Cover (L) with 1pc M6x15 (Z). As shown in Fig.2
2. Connect the wire on the Solar Panel (J) and the wire on the Light (M) in the Beam Hub
(K). As shown in Fig.3
3. Lay the Solar Panel (J) and Light Cover (L) onto the top of Beam Hub (K). Keep the
screw holes straight and secure the Light Cover (L) onto the beams with 2pcs M6x15 Screws
(Z). As shown i

*** Once the Solar Panel (J) and Light (M) is connected, you can try the remote control.
If the light turns on, then it works. Otherwise, please check the wiring and make sure
the Solar Panel (J) is turned "on".

Step7:
1. Attach the Canopy Handle (Q) onto the first outer rib on the front of Folding Canopy (G)
with M5x25 Screw and Nut (Y). Make sure the magnet on the handle can be adhered onto the
rail. Refer to Fig.1
2. Lay down the Post (F), and insert it into the Base (P). Align the screw holes and secure
the Base (P) and Post (F) with M6x15 Screw (Z). Do the same for the other 5pcs Posts.
Refer to Fig.2
3. Attach the Slide Bar Holder (Z8) to the top of all 6pcs Posts (F) with M6x68 Screw
(Z2). Refer to Fig.3

*** This step requires 6 people and 6 step ladders
1. Put 6 Posts (F) vertically and close to the Post Holder (O) on the roof structure.
have 6 person lift the roof onto the Post (B). Adjust the Post's position to ensure the screw holes
are in line with Post Holder (F).
2. Secure the Posts (F) to Post Holder (O) with 5pcs M6x15 Screws (Z) on each Post (F).
Refer to Fig.1
Also tighten the screws on the Cambered Rail (C) one more time in case the screw in the
connection part loosen during moving and assembling.
3. Insert Plastic Groves (Z9) into the holes on the Post (F) ( the one has 2 extra screw holes )
as shown in Fig.2; Install the Light Control Holder (Z7) on the Post (F). Push the Countersunk Screw
(Z10) through the Light Control Holder (Z7) an
d into the Post (F). Refer to Fig.3

1. Take out 1pc Short Slide Bar (E) and 1pc Long Slide Bar (D), connect the two
slide bars with M6x68 Screw (Z2) in the middle of bars. Make sure there is a Plastic
Washer (W) between two bars and a plastic Washer (W) between the Long Slide Bar
(D) and Cambered Rail (C). As shown in Fig.1
2. Put the two ends of both Slide Bar (D & E) into the Slide Bar holder (Z8) , as
shown in Fig.3 & Fig.4. Tighten the M6x68 Screw (Z2) in the middle of slide bars to
secure the slide bars to the Cambered Rail (C), as shown in Fig.2. Do the same for other
5 sets of slide bars.

1. Put the Plastic Rings (V) into the holes on the top of Sidewalls (T) and Nettings (R).
Hang the Sidewall (T) onto the Long Slide Bar (D) which is closer to the Cambered Rail (C) as
shown in Fig.1. Hang the Netting onto Short Slide Bar (E), as shown in Fig.2
2. Press down the Ground Stakes (Z11) through the Base (P) into the ground. Refer to Fig.3
