Basic Cooking – The Top Oven







1. Turn the oven on by selecting a Speedcook mode – Air-Crisp, Bake, Broil, Dehydrate, Favorites, Roast, or Toast.









2. Select a food item and specifications.



In this example, “Roast” is selected.







In this example, the specication

“1 Rack” is selected.

3. Begin the preheat cycle.

4. Upon completion of preheating, place food in the oven.



WARNING:

5. Press “Start” to begin the cook cycle.

6. The cook cycle is 80% complete – make adjustments.







NOTE:

8. Remove the dish from the oven.

Cooking a Recently Cooked Dish







1. Select “Favorites” as the Speedcook mode. Under “Favorites,” select “View Last Cooked (10).”

2. Select the dish to be cooked.

3. Select “Cook.”

4. Begin the preheat cycle.
