Before the First Use
Assembly Instructions
Remove all packaging materials and any promotional labels or stickers from
your oven. Con rm all parts of your new appliance have been included.
Using the Baking Pan
Place the baking pan in the oven. Use this pan to
bake, sauté and griddle.
NOTE: You may also cook directly in the  xed
pan. This is bene cial for those dishes that
require direct heat.

Using the Cupcake Pan
Place the cupcake pan in the oven. Use this pan
to make cupcakes and muf ns.
Using the Roast/Steam Rack
Place the baking pan in the oven  rst, then
position the roast/steam rack on the pan. Use this
rack to roast, steam, toast and brown.
NOTE: The rack can be placed in either direction,
depending on the type of food being cooked.
Remove any dust from the unit by wiping the base, cover, and controls
with a damp cloth. Thoroughly clean the accessories (dishwasher safe).
Place the oven on a clean,  at surface where you intend to cook.

These helpful hints are intended to be a supplement
to the Instruction Booklet. In order to ensure safe operation and
optimum performance, please read the entire Instruction Booklet.
Using the Skewers
Place the baking pan in the oven, then set the
skewers on the pan. Use the skewers to make
satays and kebabs.

Assembly Instructions
Plug in the oven. Turn the Timer knob to
ON for continuous cooking or up to 30
minutes for timed cooking. A red
indicator light will indicate the oven is
preheating,
NOTE: When setting the timer for less than 10 minutes, turn the timer past
the 10-minute mark and then back to desired time.
Turn the Temperature knob to desired temperature from
Warm to 450°F. A green indicator light will indicate
when the oven is ready.
NOTE: We recommend you preheat with the oven closed.
Turn the Timer knob to OFF and allow the oven to cool for at least 30
minutes.
Dispose of any grease, fats or crumbs from the baking pan. Clean the
accessories by hand or in the dishwasher. Wipe the housing base,  xed
plates and controls with a soft, dry cloth.
