How to uninstall the DataPilot manually:
During the installation of the newest DataPilot it can lead to a problem, sometimes the old version will not be
unistalled automatically
1: Even if the installation is showed as successful, it will show you again v2.1.12 as the actual installed version.
In this case please leave the DataPilot App and switch to Android menu.
2: Here you can see that, additional to the new DataPilot 2.0, the old version is still installed. This version is still
set as yourHome-App, therefor it will be opened at every boot as your actual DataPilot.
3: Tap and hold the DataPilot App, as soon as the screen switches and the litter bin appears, move the App
above it and lift your finger.
4: Confirm to uninstall the old Version with theOKbutton.
5: After you´ve uninstalled the old App, DataPilot 2.0 will become your new Home-App automatically. Open it
now by tapping the icon.
6: Maybe you´ll be asked again in the starting sequence of the App if you want to install the version. Confirm it
by tapping theInstall“ button. If you switch toVersionagain now, you will see that the latest version of the
DataPilot is shown correctly now, you can go on with updating the remaining components now.
