Step 3 - Connect to an Antenna/Cable
Connect the LCD TV to your antenna or cable/satellite hookup as shown.
Step 4 - Turn on the TV

Turn the front panel power switch downward to
turn on the TV.
• The Power/Standby light turns off.

Turn the power switch up to turn off the TV.
• The Power/Standby light turns blue.
Step 5 - Search for Channels

Press MENU on the remote control.

Select Setup > Antenna.
• Choose TV if you have an antenna.
• Choose CATV if you have cable.

Select Setup > Auto.
• The LCD TV will automatically search for all
available channels.
• To add or delete channels, see the User’s
Guide.
Step 6 - Select Channels/Inputs
You can select antenna channels 2-69 or cable
TV channels 1-125 on your LCD TV. To select a
channel, use the TV CH +/- buttons, or use the
number keys as follows:
To select a 1- or 2-digit channel
number (e.g., channel 5)

Press the 0 button.

Press the 5 button.
* or simply press the 5 button.
To select a 3-digit channel number
(e.g., channel 115)
Complete the following steps within 4 seconds.

Press the 100 button.

Press the 1 button.

Press the 5 button.
Note: Three-digit channel numbers can only be
selected when Antenna is set to CATV in the menu
system; see the User’s Guide for details.
To switch inputs
Press TV/VIDEO on the front panel to change
the on-screen view to TV, Video, S-Video, or
Component.
• You can also directly select any input by
pressing TV, LINE (Video), S-VIDEO, or
COMPONENT on the remote control.
Step 7 - Adjust the Volume
Press the VOL+/- buttons to adjust the volume.
• To mute the sound, press
MUTE.
Step 8 - Adjust the Screen Angle
To set the LCD TV to a comfortable viewing angle,
tilt the screen forward or backward. You can also
rotate the screen side to side.
