1.1 Start by removing the magnetic
finish plate on the Power Feed
Endcap. Loosen the cover plate
screws. Remove cover plate.
1.2 Insert power cable into power
feed endcap.
1.3 Slide the power feed endcap to the track housing and fasten the two set
screws to secure to the track.
1.4 Flip down and snap in the power feed
connector to the track housing. Perform
a continuity check between the track
conductors and power feed connector
wires to ensure the connector is seated
properly in the track.
1.6 Re-attach the cover plate by fastening the cover plate screws, then, attach
magnetic finish plate.

2. Track Gripper Installation (used at end of runs or middle of track sections > 96” long)

2.1 Slide the nut to the back of the track housing channel and fasten the set
screw. Make sure the nut is fastened 1” +/- from the end of the track
housing.

4.2 If using the supplied toggle anchor, drill a 3/8” hole at all marked locations.
4.3 Feed the screw through the cap, washer, and toggle anchor and properly secure into place. Repeat for all remaining marks.
OR
4.4 If securing to a solid surface or into framing, feed the screw (not provided) through the cap and washer, and secure directly into the
surface. Repeat for all remaining marks.
4. Mounting Preparations
Note: Prior to installation all 24VDC wires must be present in junction box. Refer to
the power supply installation instruction for additional information.
Note: More than one person is recommended for this installation.
4.1 Measure the distance between the two standoff hubs. Then center the
fixture to the junction box and mark the distance of the two standoff
hubs to the ceiling.

minimum of 30lbs.

5.1 While one person is holding the fixture, the
other will slide the power cable through the
strain relief bushing, canopy, and crossbar
assembly.
5.5 Tighten the set screw on the strain relief bushing to secure the position
of the power cable.
5.3 Insert the wire nut connections into the junction box, align the crossbar to the
junction box holes, and secure using the provided two #8-32 screws.
5. Canopy Installation (steps require multiple people)
5.2 Strip back the power cable and connect the track
wires (Red = Common 24V DC +, Black = Channel
1 24V DC -, White = Channel 2 24V DC -) to the
remote power supply wires.
5.4 Slide the canopy up to the crossbar and secure by threading the strain relief
bushing onto the crossbar assembly nipple.

6.1 Unscrew ceiling mount cap. Un-tangle cable and insert through cap.
6.2 Tighten cap and feed aircraft cable into the gripper.
6.3 Tighten each threaded post into the ceiling mounted caps.

screws. Then remove cover plate and power feed jumper.

7.2 Slide joiner into the track housings and tighten the set screws until secure.
7.3 Snap in the electrical jumper connector to the track housings. Perform a continuity check between the track conductors to ensure the connector is seated properly in
the track.

connector to desired track housing (only one end joiner can be
energized). Perform a continuity check between track conductors and
power feed connector to ensure connector is seated properly in track.

8.5 Re-attach the cover plate and tighten screws to secure it to the joiner.
