1. Install phone app: UBox
Search "UBox" in Appstore / Google Play Store,
or scan below QR code:

6. Floodlight and IR LED
There are 2 ways night vision, default floodlight oers color night vision, and IR LED
oers black/white night vision, you can easily change in live view page.
5. How does it work
This security camera is powered by rechargeable battery, for save power, most of the
time, it is sleeping, only wake up and work when the PIR sensor is triggered, then it
will record and push a notication to your phone, you can easily go to APP to check
the live video or playback the recordings, the sd card recording can save the whole
movement in one video, and the cloud recording can save 10s key video per time.
We use PIR sensor+ human AI to detect motion instead of traditional way of
motion detection, because this can only be triggered by human and animal, reduce
much of false alarm.(cars, waving leaves, dust, flies mosquitoes, etc)
7. SD Card/Cloud Storage
This camera supports both sd card recording and cloud recording. SD card recordings
could save continuous movements in one video, Cloud recording can only save a 10s
key video every time, we recommend to use both to save videos, then you will have
long time videos and the key videos are uploaded to cloud, even the camera is
damaged or stolen, you will still have the key videos in cloud.
7.1 Before inserting the sd card, please turn OFF the camera, it supports 8~128G
micro sd card, when you playback the videos from SD card, change the Cloud/TF icon
to be TF mode.
7.2 Cloud storage, it uploads 10s key video for every movement and allow you to
download when playback, when you playback the videos from Cloud, change the
Cloud/TF icon to be Cloud, you have to open/start cloud service for the device to save
videos, otherwise, you can not see the recordings in Cloud mode.
Cloud Storage Fee: 1 month free trial, after that, you can go to cloud service option to
buy. (Find “Me” at the APP bottom-->Cloud Services-->Select the Device which you
want to order cloud service-->Tap “Cloud” option, then you will see 3 options:
US$1.99 for 30 days, US$10.99 for 180 days, US$21.99 for 360 days, select and tap
bottom “Purchase service” button to pay)

8. Two-way Speak
This camera is built in high sensitive microphone and speaker,
supports 2-way speak while you are watching live picture.
Tap the speaker icon to hear the sound from the camera side.

NOTE: The speaker and microphone are very sensitive, please
do not test when the phone and camera are in the same room,
otherwise there will be much noise.

11. Share the camera with families
Once the camera is set up by your phone, others can not set up the camera any more,
even they reset the camera, except you delete the camera from the app.
But it is also easy to make the camera work on another phone, just use a new phone to
download Ubox, register, then you can share the camera to the email adress.

12. Camera Installation
4.1, Please install the camera at an open position that can
get enough sunshine
4.2, Please do not install the camera too high, because
the PIR sensor working distance is only about 15-25ft,
to make sure the motion sensor works well,
installation height should be 7-10ft.
4.3, Please test WiFi signal strength before
x it on the installation position, it should
be Medium or better, otherwise, the camera
may disconnect sometimes when the WiFi
is not stable.
13. FAQ:
Q: Does this camera work on windows PC or MAC?
A: No, it can only works on iPhone, iPad, Android phone, Android TV and pad, it can
not work on windows PC, MAC or Fire TV.
Q: Does it work with Alexa, NVR or any other 3rd party software/App?
A: No, it only works with APPUBox, can not work with NVR or other software/app.
Q: Can I add several cameras to UBOX app?
A: Yes, you can add many cameras to UBOX app, just need set up each camera as a
brand new camera, then you can see them all in the app device list. But it just allows
you to watch one camera live picture per time, no multi-view function, because this
camera is designed for phone, portable small screen.
Q: Can I use the camera if I do not have WiFi?
A: The camera has to be set up with WiFi, otherwise the camera can not be added to the
APP, if the WiFi is disconnected, it can also be triggered and save videos to SD card,
and you can playback the video when it connects to WiFi again.
Q: What is the WiFi distance and how far can the camera see?
A: The WiFi distance is about 30~100ft, depends on the blocks/interference between
the camera and WiFi router. For day time, it can see about 100~150ft, for night vision,
it can see about 30~60ft.
Q: Is the camera waterproof, can it work outside?
A: This camera is IP66 weatherproof, it is ok to work outside, tempureture -20~+60.
Q: Why can not I receive notication on phone app?
A: Please make sure you allowed ALL permissions when you run the app at the first
time, or go to phone app permission management page to allow all permissions,
Or you can re-install the UBOX app, if still have problem, please check the phone
setting page--> Detection sensitivity--> Select “High. If still have problem, please

Q: How can I delete the videos from SD cards or Cloud storage?
A: It allows you to delete the single recording from Cloud storage, but for the sd card
recordings, you have to format the sd card or take out the sd card to delete the videos.
Q: Why the sd card does not record videos?
A: First of all, please make sure the sd card is installed successfully, you can easily go
to camera setting page--> Memory card, if everything is right, you can see the memory
size. And we recommend use famous brand sd card (Sandisk, Samsung, etc)or buy
from us, because a fake sd card can show memory size, but can not record videos, or it
may only record several videos, it can not over write when it is full.
Q: How long can the sd card record, can it record 24*7?
A: This camera supports 32~128G micro sd card, usually a 32G sd card can save videos
for 1 month, it is based on how often the camera is triggered per day. And if you do
need it continues recording, go to camera setting-->Active time-->Always, then it will
save a video every 5min, But this camera is powered by battery, it can only continues
work for 12 hours.
Q: How can I make it work if I change a phone or WiFi router?
A: If you have a new phone, just install the UBOX app, login with the original account,
the camera will be still there, but if you change a wifi router, you have to reset the
camera, delete the camera from the original account, and set up again as a new camera.
Q: How can I turn on the night vision?
A: The night vision is automatically, it only works when there is not enough light, and
you can easy switch the flood light or infrared led when you watch live picture. The
oodlight is ON when it is triggered and wake up at night, it is powered by battery,
so you can not use it as a traditional flood light.
