1 Floodlight:it will turn on automatically in the darkness when AI
sensor was triggered by human movement.
2 Siren alarm: it will turn on automatically when AI sensor was
triggered by human movement.

8 Reset button: Press and hold reset button about 5-10 seconds to

9 RJ-45 Ethernet port: It's only for certain use like changing the
camera's working mode from wireless to wired when your network
isn't good enough. (please don't cut it off for safety consideration)
10 Power-in Port: connect with provided12V/1A plug for power
supply.
Preparation for setup
1. TF Card ( A TF Card is required for recording videos, Max support
128G TF Card, FAT32 format)
2. 2.4G WiFi router (5G isn't supported, please switch your phone to
2.4G wifi connecting mode if you have a dual-band router)
3. Put the camera and your phone near the router.
4. Connect your Smart Phone to your home WiFi (2.4G required).
How to install the TF card
Note: skip this step if you bought the camera with TF card pre-installed
Do not power the camera up. Install TF card when camera is powered
on may damage the Card.
1. Open the TF card slot 2. Insert TF card in, screw cover
cover by screw driver. back. (don't lost the waterproof
ring around cover)
Please do not attempt to mount the camera before set it up.
Quick Setup
Download the app and Create account:
1. Please search and download the free app 'ICsee' in App Store or Google Play Store.
Or you can simply scan following QR code by Internet Browser app on your smart
phone.
2. Click Sign Up to create an account, set your own Username and
Password, enter your email address or phone number, click Get Code.
3. enter the verified code you received by email or text message.
Note: If you feel the App alert or Siren is too bothering, you can turn it
off here.
Or you can customize Alarm Time, Area, Sensitivity, Time Interval for
avoiding app message blast.
How to set alarm area or cordon: From the phone app, navigateto your
device, click Setting>Alarm Setting>Intelligent Vigilance,
set cordon, or click Alert area, to drew out a important area under the
camera's coverage.
3. Login your account, from the home screen of ICsee, please click
the '+' icon —'Set up my device to WiFi'—Next Step.
4. Input your home WiFi password, click Confirm.
5. Wait for camera connecting with internet for a moment until hearing
'connecting successfully'. Set access password for your camera and
‘confirm’ to finish.
1. Name your device, click your device at the home screen, you'll be able
to check the live feed.
Note: If the app failed to search the device out, please long press the reset
button for 5-10s, then, try again or please check FAQ1.
You can follow the same steps to add more cameras.
Alarm Setup
The camera can be set to sent app alert, or start siren when human
movement been detected. (Ensure ICsee app got message push
permissions in phone setting)
1. After adding the device, please navigate to your device, click the setting
button at upper right corner, choose Alarm Setting, open Alarm Push.
App notification will be sent once human detected.
2.Choose Alarm Action, enable Device Beep, choose alarm sound,
or you can record your own voice as Siren sound.
Night Vision Mode
This floodlight alarm camera has three vision mode at night: White
Light, Normal, Double Light Vigilance. In My Device page, click the
little Light Bulbicon at lower right corner. You'll see:

Record Setup
A TF Card is required for recording videos, please install one by yourself
if you bought the camera without TF card pre-installed (Max support
128G TF Card, FAT32 format)
With TF card, the camera will start to record Alarm Snapshot and
Recording as default setting, no need to set it.
If want the camera to record all the day, please navigate to Your device>
Setting> Advanced Setting>Record Switch, Enable it, click Save. Then,
the camera will record 24/7 continually.
Playback
From the home screen of the app, please navigate to Your Device, click
Playback, choose Video or Photos. At lower left corner, you can drag the
red line to the time point. Regular/continual record is in blue, Alarm
record is in red.
Backup
In Playback page, when play recorded video, you can click the icon
to start record important video files, click to stop. Then, click
'interesting video, click here to share'.
Send it to your computer or friend.
Note: The camera has enabled
overwrite function (loop video)
as default setting, 16G TF card
can record 3-4 days 24/7 contin-
ually. Please backup important
files before erasing.
Share the Device with
Another User
If you don't want let others know your device access password, you
can share the camera to them from your master account directly.
From the home screen of your app.
Click the button at upper left corner,
change to the screen as right, click
Share to send a link to your friend
by email or what's app.
Note: Local login mode can only view the camera, have no access to
settings. Creating account to login is recommended.
It's OK to input email address or phone number to receive verification
code.

FAQ
Q:What if the app failed to add the device even after resetting and
rebooting the camera for several times?
A: There is another way to add the device—Via Ethernet Connection,
then, switch it back to wireless mode. Please check following information:
1)Connect the RJ45 port of camera to LAN port of router with Ethernet
cable. Connect your smart phone to the WiFi of this same router.
2) From the home screen of your app, please click '+' icon, choose More
at upper right corner, select 'Add device in the same router'.
3) Select the device to add. After adding successful, navigate into the
Device, click Setting>Network Setting, choose WiFi, click Save.
4) Then, the camera's working mode will be changed from wired to wire-
less, you can disconnect the camera from router now, leave it working in
WiFi mode.
Note: The router should be 2.4G.

Q:Can this camera being used without Internet?
A: Yes, our camera has built-in hotspot network, even without Internet, you still
can add the camera to your phone by AP mode. (In this way, you’ll only be able
to view the camera in a limited distance.)
Q:Why my smart phone don’t support two way Audio and human detect alter
push function?
A:1) Please check your Smart Phone Setting. You may haven’t gave audio and
message push permissions to the ICsee app.
How: From the home screen of your app,
navigate into your device, click Setting, choose
More at upper right corner, choose AP Mode>To
set the WiFi, connect your phone to the
camera’s hotspot WiFi (start as camera-XXX),
input Default password: 1234567890, click Save.
You’ll be able to view the camera when there is
no Internet at your house.

1. Please power the camera up by provided 12V/1A power adapter.

voice prompt "starting setting, please don't power out, system starting

Q:Why the floodlight don't turn on when someone passby?
A:1)The floodlight only turns on at night(when AI led are activated)
2)Please check your alarm time interval. If the two triggered event were
happened within the Time Interval you setup, floodlight won’t turn on.
3)Please check whether you choose ‘Open Alarm’ mode for camera, and your
alarm time setting.
4) Please click the Button at Your Device page, check whether the night
vision mode has been set to Double Light Vigilance.
Q:Why my camera shows ‘offline’ on phone app?
A: l)Please check whether camera has power out.
2)Please check whether the camera is installed within your router's wifi range.
3)Maybe system error, please configure camera on phone app again after
resetting it.
Q: Does ICsee app support digital zoom in?
A: Yes, on your phone app, you can simply use two fingers to zoom in and out
when view camera’s live feed.

What's the default of normal CCTV System?
