Polymer Shelving Stationary Starter Section,

⁄4˝-diameter (stainless steel, zinc
plated) posts grooved at 2˝ increments, and (stainless steel,
zinc plated) rails.
• Allows for removal or adjustment of intermediate shelves
without disassembling the entire unit.
• Polymer shelving sections are non-corrosive.
• Easy to assemble in minutes—only one person required.
• Shelf sections are dishwasher safe.
• Available in widths of 18˝ and 23˝ (457 and 584mm).
• Add-on kit (see spec sheet #EG01.12C) and add-on units
(see spec sheet #EG01.12B) allow for “L”, “T”, or continuous
configurations without using traditional S-hooks.
• Two component choices: economical zinc with clear epoxy
(virtually non-corrosive) or non-corrosive stainless steel.

Features made of injection-molded high strength polymer:
• Shelves—Available in solid or louvered. Shelf sections fit
over rails.
• Side braces**—Each end fits securely into a lug on
the connector.
• Connector kit
- Split sleeve—features interior ridge to lock into the
horizontal grooves of the post.
- 2-sided lug connector—designed for single corner posts.
- 3-sided lug connector—designed for an “L” or continuous
shape where two shelf corners join together.
- 4-sided lug connector—designed to be a universal
connector and also for a “T” shape where three corners join
together. The 4-sided lug connector is supplied with all units
unless the 2-sided or 3-sided lug connectors are specified.
Features available in zinc with clear epoxy or stainless steel:

positioning of the connector kit. Includes top cap and
adjustable foot.
• Rails—1

⁄4˝ (32mm) outside diameter. Components on each
end are of injection-molded high strength polymer.

MICROGARD
®
is an antimicrobial agent which contains
built-in protection to retard the growth of a broad range of
bacteria, mold and mildew on shelf surface that causes
stains, odors and degradation.
Mobile application option available
