Finishing Station Procedure:
1. Place a pair of Black Split Sleeves on (1) 33PK2 Post, and (1)
86PK2 Post, 6" from the floor. The Black Split Sleeve is tapered
with the bottom being thicker. Inside each half of the Black Split
Sleeve is a bead. This bead fits into the groove on the Post.
Place (1) CC6017, 30" Support Rail over the Posts and onto the
Split Sleeves. Secure in place by using a rubber mallet. The 33PK2
Posts will be the front of the unit.
2. Place a pair of Split Sleeves on the same Posts, 18" from the
floor. Place the second CC6017, 30" Support Rail over the Split
Sleeves. Secure in place.
3. Place pairs of Split Sleeves on the remaining 33PK2 and 86PK2
Posts and on two of the 27PK2 Posts, 6" from the floor.
4. Place (1) 3018NK2 Shelf over the Posts and onto the Split
Sleeves. Secure in place. The side that is 18" should face the front
of the unit. This will form the platform for the left side of the unit.
5. On these same four posts, place a pair of Split Sleeves 14" up
from the floor. Place the second 3018NK2 Shelf over the Posts and
onto the Split Sleeves. Secure in place.
Then place a pair of Split Sleeves on each Post, 22" from the floor.
Place the last 3018NK2 Shelf over the Posts and onto the Split
Sleeves. Secure in place.
6. Place a pair of Split Sleeves on the top groove of each 33PK2
Post. Place a pair of Split Sleeves on the 86PK2 Posts, 34" from
the floor. Place the 3072NK2 Shelf over the Posts and onto the Split
Sleeves. Secure in place.
Attach the US30NA Drawer Slides to the Wire Shelf according to the
instructions for these parts.
7. Place the Shelf Inlay on top of the 3072NK2 Wire Shelf. Place
the CC6008B, Stainless Steel Work Surface over the back 86PK2
Posts and down onto the 3072NK2 Shelf.

8. Align the grooves of the (2) CC7125, 54PFK2 Posts with the
grooves of the 86PK2 Posts. This can by done by holding the Posts
next to each other with the tops of the Posts at the same height.
Next, unscrew the leveling foot until it rests on the Stainless Steel
Work Surface.
Place a pair of Split Sleeves on the 86PK2 Posts, 53" from the floor.
Place a pair of Black Split Sleeves on the corresponding groove of
the CC7125, 54PFK2 Posts.
Place the 1872FS, Stainless Steel Shelf over the Posts and onto the
Split Sleeves. Secure in place.
9. Place a pair of Split Sleeves on the top of each Post. Place the
1872NK2 Wire Shelf over the Posts and onto the Split Sleeves.
Secure in position.
A. Place a pair of Split Sleeves on each of the four 27PK2 Posts on
the groove 6" from the floor.
B. Place a 1442NK2 Shelf over each Post and onto the Split
Sleeves. Secure in place.
C. Place a pair of Split Sleeves on each Post, on the groove 24"
from the floor.
D. Place the remaining 1442NK2 Shelf over the Posts and onto the
Split Sleeves. Secure in place.
