Årsag:
Pga. nyt princip i panel version 2.0
for stop af tromlen, er det nødvendig at
ombytte stoppladen.
Ombytning:
Aktivér nødstoppet eller sluk for
strømmen til vægten.
• Drej tromlen manuelt, så pladen er let
tilgængelig (kan virke sej).
• Afmonter den gamle plade.
• Påmonter den nye plade, se figur.
• Drej tromlen på plads/vandret og
kontroller at stoppladen kan passere
forbi induktiv sensor. (Afstand skal
være 1 mm).
Justering:
Få tromlen til at dreje ved at lave en
nulstilling.
Hvis tromlen stopper for sent, skal pladen
flyttes ned.
Hvis tromlen stopper for tidlig, skal
pladen flyttes op.
Reason:
Because of a new principle in relay panel
version 2.0 for stop of the drum, it is
necessary to replace the stop plate.
Replacement:
Activate the emergency stop device or
switch of the power to the weigher.
• Turn the drum manually, thus the plate
is easily accessible (may feel tough).
• Dismount the old plate.
• Mount the new plate, see figure.
• Turn the drum into place/horizontal
and check that the stop plate is able to
pass by the inductive sensor. (The
distance must be 1 mm).
Adjustment:
Make the drum turn by resetting the drum.
If the drum stops too late, move the plate
downwards.
If the drum stops too early, move the plate
upwards.
Ursache:
Wegen eines neuen Prinzips in der
Bodenplatine Version 2.0 für Stopp der
Trommel ist es notwendig, die Stopplatte
umzutauschen.
Umtausch:
Den Notstopp aktivieren oder den Strom
zu der Waage ausschalten.
• Die Trommel manuell drehen, somit
die Platte leicht zugänglich ist (kann
zäh wirken).
• Die alte Platte abmontieren.
• Die neue Platte montieren, siehe Abb.
• Die Trommel zurecht/waagerecht
drehen, und kontrollieren, daß die
Stopplatte den induktiven Sensor
vorbeigehen kann. (Der Abstand muß
1 mm sein).
Justierung:
Die Trommel durch Ausführung einer
Nullstellung drehen lassen,.
Wenn die Trommel zu spät stoppt, die
Platte nach unten ziehen.
Wenn die Trommel zu früh stoppt, die
Platte nach oben ziehen.
