Assemble your unit on a carpeted fl oor or on the empty
carton to avoid scratching your unit or the fl oor.

Push twelve HIDDEN CAMS (1F) into the ENDS (A, B, C,
and E) and BOTTOM (D). Then, insert the metal end of a
CAM DOWEL (2F) into each HIDDEN CAM.

Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS.

BOTTOM (D). Use six BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S).

NOTE: Be sure the edges of the METAL BRACKETS are even with
the edges of the ENDS and BOTTOM.

Fasten the BASE MOLDING (M34) to the ENDS (C and E) and
BOTTOM (D). Use six BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S)
through the METAL BRACKETS on the ENDS and BOTTOM and
into the BASE MOLDING.

Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Unfold the
BACK (I) and lay it over your unit.
å
Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (I). Push
on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make
it "square".
å
Fasten the BACK (I) to your unit using the NAILS (1N).
å
NOTE: Do not tap NAILS into the holes that line up over the
SHELF (H) at this time.
å
Fasten the SMALL BACK (J) to your unit using the NAILS (1N).
å
NOTE: The SMALL BACK (J) overlaps the BACK (I). Be sure to
tap nails in the holes that line up over the SHELF (H).
å
Using your hammer, gently tap four TACK GLIDES (12E)
into the bottom edges of the ENDS (C and E) and
BASE MOLDING (M34).
Do not stand the unit upright without the
BACK fastened. The unit may collapse.

Place four HINGE SPACERS (22H) over the large holes in
the DOORS (K).

Fasten four HINGES (13H) to the DOORS (K). Use eight
SILVER 5/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (23S).

Carefully stand your unit upright.
å
Before fastening the DOOR to your unit, be sure the
mounting screw is against the stops as shown in the
diagram. If it isn't, loosen the mounting screw to slide it
against the stops. Then tighten the mounting screw.
å
Fasten a DOOR (K) to the LEFT END (E) as shown in
the lower diagram. Use the screws in the HINGES. You
should start each SCREW a few turns before completely
tightening any of them.

Fasten a KNOB (69K) and BACKPLATE (92K) to the
DOOR (K). Use a SILVER 1-1/2" MACHINE SCREW (95S).
å
Repeat this step for the other DOOR (K).

The DOORS may need some adjustments. Follow the text
below to make needed adjustments.

DOOR ADJUSTMENTS:
To adjust the DOORS from side to side (horizontal), turn the
adjusting screw in or out.
å
To adjust the DOORS up and down (vertical), loosen both
vertical adjustment screws. Move the DOORS up or down to the
desired location. Tighten the screws after making adjustments.

To adjust the DOORS in or out (depth), loosen the mounting
screw one turn and move the DOORS in or out, as needed.
Tighten the mounting screw after making adjustments.

We recommend using the SAFETY BRACKET (1G) for
added stability. Use a BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD
SCREW (1S) into the top of the unit and a BLACK 1-7/8"
FLAT HEAD SCREW (2S) into a stud in your wall.

Push the RUBBER SLEEVES (2R) over the METAL PINS (1R). Insert the METAL PINS into the hole
locations of your choice in the ENDS (A, B, C, and E). Set the ADJUSTABLE SHELVES (F and L)
onto the METAL PINS.

PASO 1
No apriete los EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS en este paso.
Ensamble la unidad sobre un piso alfombrado o sobre el cartón
vacío para evitar rayar la unidad o el piso.
Empuje doce EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS (1F) en los
EXTREMOS (A, B, C y E) y el FONDO (D). A continuación, inserte
el extremo de metal de un PASADOR DE EXCÉNTRICO (2F)
dentro de cada EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO.
PASO 2
Precaución: No coloque la unidad en posición vertical hasta que se
fi je el DORSO. La unidad podría caerse.
Fije los EXTREMOS SUPERIORES (A y B) al PANEL SUPERIOR (G).
Apriete cuatro EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.
Fije la MOLDURA DE PANEL SUPERIOR (M33) al PANEL
SUPERIOR (G). Utilice tres TORNILLOS MARRONES DE
CABEZA PERDIDA de 41 mm (55S).
NOTA: No apriete en exceso los TORNILLOS en el PANEL SUPERIOR.
Precaución: Riesgo de daños o heridas. Los Excéntricos
Escondidos deben apretarse completamente. Los Excéntricos
Escondidos que no se aprieten completamente se afl ojarán y las
partes pueden separarse. Para apretar completamente, atornille el
excéntrico escondido 210 grados.
PASO 5
Fije el EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (E) al ESTANTE (H). Apriete dos
EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.
Fije el FONDO (D) al EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (E). Apriete dos
EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.
PASO 7
Precaución: No coloque la unidad en posición vertical hasta que se
fi je el DORSO. La unidad podría caerse.
Cuidadosamente voltee la unidad para que repose sobre los
bordes delanteros. Desdoble el DORSO (I) y colóquelo sobre
la unidad.
Los márgenes a lo largo de los cuatro bordes del DORSO (I)
deben estar uniformes. Empuje sobre las esquinas opuestas de la
unidad si es requerido para hacerla "cuadrada."
Fije el DORSO (I) a la unidad utilizando los CLAVOS (1N).
NOTA: No clavar los CLAVOS en los agujeros que se alinean
sobre el ESTANTE (H) en este momento.
Fije el DORSO PEQUEÑO (J) a la unidad utilizando
los CLAVOS (1N).
NOTA: El DORSO PEQUEÑO (J) se solapará con el DORSO (I).
Asegúrese de clavar ligeramente los clavos en los agujeros que se
alinean sobre el ESTANTE (H).
Con un martillo, suavemente introduzca golpeando cuatro
TACHUELAS DESLIZANTES (12E) en los bordes de la parte

bordes con muesca de los EXTREMOS SUPERIORES (A y B).

del ESTANTE (H).

PASO 6
Fije el EXTREMO DERECHO (C) al FONDO (D) y al ESTANTE (H).
Apriete cuatro EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.
Fije seis SOPORTES DE METAL (4G) a los EXTREMOS (C y E)
y al FONDO (D). Utilice seis TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA
GRANDE de 14 mm (1S).
NOTA: Asegúrese que los bordes de los SOPORTES DE METAL
estén nivelados con los bordes de los EXTREMOS y del FONDO.
Fije la MOLDURA DE BASE (M34) a los EXTREMOS (C y E) y al
FONDO (D). Introduzca seis TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA
GRANDE de 14 mm (1S) por entre los SOPORTES DE METAL en
los EXTREMOS y el FONDO y por entre la MOLDURA DE BASE.
PASO 8
Coloque cuatro ESPACIADORES DE BISAGRA (22H) sobre los
agujeros grandes de las PUERTAS (K).
Fije cuatro BISAGRAS (13H) a las PUERTAS (K). Utilice ocho
TORNILLOS PLATEADOS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 16 mm (23S).
PASO 9
Cuidadosamente ponga la unidad en posición vertical.
Antes de ajustar la PUERTA a su unidad, asegúrese de que el
tornillo de montaje se encuentre contra los topes como se
muestra en el diagrama. Si no lo está, afl oje el tornillo de montaje
para que se deslice contra los topes. Luego, apriete el tornillo
de montaje.
Fije una PUERTA (K) al EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (E) como se
muestra en el diagrama inferior. Utilice los tornillos provistos de
las BISAGRAS. Debe apretar cada TORNILLO unas vueltas antes
de apretar cualquier tornillo fi rmemente.
Fije un POMO (69K) y una PLACA DEL POMO (92K) a la
PUERTA (K). Utilice un TORNILLO PLATEADO PARA METAL
de 38 mm (95S).
Repita este paso para la otra PUERTA (K).
Consulte el próximo paso para ajustar la PUERTA.
PASO 11
Deslice las MOLDURAS DE ESTANTE* (M76) sobre los bordes
con muesca de los ESTANTES AJUSTABLES (F).
NOTA: Centre las MOLDURAS DE ESTANTE a los
ESTANTES AJUSTABLES.

PASO 12
Se recomienda que utilice el SOPORTE DE SEGURIDAD (1G)
para aumentar la estabilidad. Utilice un TORNILLO NEGRO DE
CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (1S) a través de la parte superior de
la unidad y un TORNILLO NEGRO DE CABEZA PERDIDA
de 48 mm (2S) dentro de un montante de la pared.
PASO 10
Consulte el diagrama ampliado para identifi car las piezas de
las BISAGRAS.
Las PUERTAS pueden requerir de ajustes. Siga el texto abajo para
hacer los ajustes necesarios.
AJUSTE DE LA PUERTA:
Para ajustar las PUERTAS de un lado al otro (horizontalmente),
gire el tornillo de ajuste hacia el interior o hacia el exterior.
Para ajustar las PUERTAS hacia arriba o hacia abajo (vertical),
afl oje los dos tornillos de ajuste. Mueva las PUERTAS hacia arriba
o hacia abajo a la ubicación deseada. Apriete los tornillos después
de hacer los ajustes.
Para ajustar las PUERTAS hacia atrás o hacia adelante
(profundidad), afl oje el tornillo de montaje una vuelta y mueva las
PUERTAS hacia el interior o hacia el exterior según sea necesario.
Apriete el tornillo de montaje después de hacer los ajustes.
PASO 13
Empuje los MANGUITOS DE GOMA (2R) sobre las ESPIGAS
DE METAL (1R). Inserte las ESPIGAS DE METAL en los agujeros
al nivel preferido de los EXTREMOS (A, B, C y E). Coloque los
ESTANTES AJUSTABLES (F y L) sobre las ESPIGAS DE METAL.
NOTA: Por favor, lea las páginas de atrás del folleto de
instrucciones en cuanto a importante información de seguridad.
Esto completa el ensamblaje. Limpiar con un trapo húmedo.
