INSTALLATION
The following illustrations are merely examples. It is up to the installer to find the most suitable solution.
The template features the indications for use on both the right and left.
Tracing the holes
Rest the template against the shutters and the wall shoulder of
the bay and using a pencil mark the holes; complete the tracing
with the holes on the Voilà metal fastening base.
So, drill for using suitable fasteners.
For the preparation of the cables, see details on page. 14;
zone indicates the inlet point of the cables, in option 1.

Fastening the operator
If the bay width is less than the dimensions of the operator base/bases, cut off any excess parts . In such case, the
emergency batteries (item VLR05) may not be mounted.
The VLR08 and VLR09 arms
need to be preassembled with a
loosened screws, for subsequent
adjustment.
Always use all three of the
supplied screws.
Fit the operator using suitable screws and dowels.
For the two swing-leaved configuration, install the
MASTER operator on the right and the SLAVE operator
on the left.
Lubricate the motor shaft thread before fixing the
transmission arm.
Insert the arm (see also detail ) and the release
handwheel on the motor shaft.
Leave the handwheel loose to facilitate the subsequent
insertion of the arm runner into the sliding rail.

With two-leaved installations like with the Voilà VLR02, whose window-bay width exceeds 970 mm, we suggest also fitting the
VLR04 covering cross-piece so that it also covers the Master/Slave connection.
After reducing it to the right size (L1 = L - 14 mm), snap it into the guides and cover the joints using suitably modified strips
with the lateral closing removed .
