INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

251cv Meter Kit

P/N 36699

To install kit, proceed as follows:

To prevent accidental electric shock, be sure input power cable is dis-

connected from power suppy before working inside the power source.

1) Remove the blank plate in the upper left corner of the 251cv front panel. Retain the four mounting screws.

2) Cut the wire tie which holds the wire harness to the back of the blank plate.

3) Check to verify the dip switches (SW1) on the meter board are set correctly as shown in the sketch below.

4) Connect the wire harness plug to P1 of the meter board and then install the meter into the front panel of the

251cv using the four screws removed in step #1.

5) Set the meter control switch to the desired display mode ( AMPS or VOLTS ) and commence welding.
