1. Use a 1/4” allen key to install the left side rail

(701-0002-XX) to the frame using three (3) pieces

each of the 5/16” x 1” socket head cap screw

(110-3416), 5/16” split lock washer (120-0496),

and 5/16”  at washer (120-0490). Once the

handrail is installed, slide the left side handrail

grommet (020-7528) onto the rail - be careful of

orientation of the grommet.

2. Repeat Step 1 for the right side rail (701-0003-XX)

and rail grommet (020-7527).

DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN

3. Use a 1/4” allen key to install the mast (715-4034-

XX) to the frame using two (2) pieces each of the

5/16” x 1” and 5/16” x 3” (110-3126) socket head

cap screws, and four (4) pieces each of the 5/16”

split lock washer and 5/16”  at washer.

DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN

4. Ensure that the supplementary power cable is

connected to the J20 port on the MCB and the

main data cable is connected to the J1 port on

the MCB.

5. Install the mast beauty ring (715-4032-XX) onto

the mast, ensure that the tab on the ring is facing

in towards the rear of the unit.

6. Install one (1) rail beauty ring (715-4031-XX)

onto both the left and right rails. Ensure that the

small cutout on the bottom of the ring is facing

forward to the front of the machine.

7. Install the upper handrail assembly (715-4137-

XX) onto the mast and the left and right rails,

then use 5/32” allen key to secure the upper

handrail to the rails using four (4) pieces of the

1/4” x 3/8” button head cap screw (110-0506).

8. Secure the upper handrail to the mast using four

(4) pieces each of the M8 x 16mm button head

cap screw (740-4588) and M8  at washer (731-

0561).

9. Use a 1/4” allen key to fully tighten the hardware

from Steps 1-3.

10. Install the motor shroud(020-7034-XX), left side

deck cover(715-3959-XX), and right side deck

cover (715-3862-XX) onto the frame, then use a

#2 phillips screwdriver to secure the shrouds to

the frame using four (4) pieces of the 10-24 x 3/4”

pan head machine screw (110-3450).

11. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to  nish securing

the motor shroud to the frame using two (2)

pieces of the 10-24 x 3/4” pan head machine

screw, then slide the motor shroud cap (020-

7232-XX) into place. Finally, install the mast

grommet (140-3428) ensuring a tight seat

between the mast, motor shroud, and motor

shroud cap.

12. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to secure the back

console shroud (020-7460-XX) to the console

weldment using ten (10) pieces each of the #8-18

x 3/4” screw (110-3402) and M4 washer (120-

3307).

13. Refer to the documentation contained inside the

console box in order to connect the console to

the unit.

NOTE: Depending on which console was purchased,

the install instructions could di er.

14. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to secure the

console front (701-0210-XX) to the back shroud

using ten (10) pieces of the #8-18 x 3/4” screw.

15. Plug the power cable into the power inlet on

the bottom of the machine, then route the cable

through the power cord retention brackets and

tighten with a #2 phillips screwdriver to secure

the cord.
