Pitching Instructions
Assemble the poles and insert into pole sleeves.
Locate one end of the poles in Ring & Pin system as Figure 1 below.
Push poles into an arch from opposite side and locate other pole end on to
corresponding Ring & Pin system on flysheet.
Tension the webbing strap at the pole end.
Position open end of canopy towards tent front door.
Secure in position by zipping canopy onto corresponding zip at front of tent and
clipping the rear canopy clips onto the front tent pole.
Peg out canopy base at contact point with tent and attach rear side canopy clips to
front tent pole.
Peg out front of canopy and front guylines.
Peg out ALL remaining guylines and peg points as figure 2.
The Vango Palena DLX Front Canopy is designed for use in lowland sheltered campsites.
Do not pitch in high winds or exposed campsites.
