This product has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a
feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do
not alter the plug.

1. Carefully unpack the fixture. Lay out all parts on a clean surface.
2. Before continuing Assembly, please proceed to the Installation Instructions.
3. Attach the Harp (#2) to the Socket Cup (#3) of the Main Fixture Body (#1), as
shown. (Fig. 1)
4. Screw the Light Bulb (#4) into lamp’s socket, as shown. (Fig. 1)
5. Place the Shade (#5) on top of the Harp (#2). Secure the Shade (#5) to the
Harp (#2) using the Finial (#6), as shown. (Fig. 1)
6. Slide the Cord Cover (#7), Cord Cover (#8), and Cord Cover (#9) up the Cord
(#10). Screw Cord Cover (#7) to the Canopy (#11). Screw Cord Cover (#8)
to Cord Cover (#7). Screw Cord Cover (#9) to Cord Cover (#8). (Fig. 1)
7. Connect the Polarized Plug (#12) to a standard 110/120 V wall receptacle (not
shown).

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place the Mounting Plate (#13) onto the desired location. Mark the location of the
mounting holes of the Mounting Plate (#13). (Fig. 2)
2. Remove the Mounting Plate (#13) from the desired location. Drill appropriately sized
Wall Holes (#14) at the marked mounting hole locations. Insert Ceiling Anchors (#15)
into the Wall Holes (#14). (Fig. 2)
3. Replace the Mounting Plate (#13) onto the desired location. Feed the Mounting Screws
(#16) through the mounting holes of the Mounting Plate (#13) and thread them into the
Ceiling Anchors (#17). Tighten the Mounting Screws (#16) until the Mounting Plate
(#13) is securely flush against the wall. (Fig. 2)
4. Place the Canopy (#11) of the Main Fixture Body (#1) over the Mounting Plate (#13)
making sure the Fixture Screws (#18) feed through the mounting holes of the Canopy
(#11). Thread the Lock Nuts (#19) onto the Fixture Screws (#18) until the Canopy (#11)
is securely flush against the wall. (Fig. 3)

TROUBLESHOOTING:
PRODUCT MAINTENANCE:
1. Disconnect fixture’s plug from wall receptacle.
2. To clean the fixture, use a dry or slightly dampened clean cloth (use clean water, never a
solvent) to wipe the surface of the fixture.
3. Do not use any cleaners with chemicals, solvents or harsh abrasives. If necessary, use a
mild soap to clean off any dirt or stains.
LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants this lighting fixture to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. This warranty applies only
to the original consumer purchaser and only to products used in normal use and service. If
this product is found to be defective, the manufacturer’s only obligation, and your exclusive
remedy, is the repair or replacement of of the product at the manufacturer’s discretion,
provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse, abuse, accident,
modifications, alterations, neglect or mishandling. This warranty shall not apply to any
product that is found to have been improperly installed, set-up, or used in any way not in
accordance with the instructions supplied with the product. This warranty shall not apply to
a failure of the product as a result of an accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, or
faulty installation, or any other failure not relating to faulty material or workmanship. This
warranty shall not apply to the finish on any portion of the product, such as surface and/or
weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear. The manufacturer does not
warrant and specially disclaims any warranty, whether expressed or implied, of fitness
for a particular purpose, other than the warranty contained herein. The manufacturer
specifically disclaims any liability and shall not be liable for any consequential or
incidental loss or damage, including but not limited to any labor/expense costs involved
in the replacement or repair of said product.
Possible Cause Corrective Action
Wall switch or circuit breaker is off. Turn on switch or circuit breaker.
Light bulb may be dead. Test light bulb
in a known working light fixture.
Replace light bulb.
Light bulb is loose. Tighten light bulb in socket.
The light does not turn on.
