Semtech GX3190 IBIS-AMI is a high-speed 146×290 crosspoint switch with robust signal conditioning circuits for driving and receiving high-speed signals through backplanes. It comprises RX and TX models allowing to simulate the GX3190 in EDA platforms compliant with IBIS 5.0. The RX model features adjustable trace equalization for PCB trace dielectric losses up to half the maximum supported data rate, or 1.5GHz. The equalization setting can be adjusted to compensate for different trace lengths. The TX model consists of different de-emphasis settings.
