129-199 Field Wired Quick Disconnect
95DSS3 - 1WOC
DESCRIPTION
The 129-199 eld wired quick disconnect is
designed to be used with the 95DSS3-1WOC
where the end user selects which functions
they wish to utilize.
INSTALLATION
1. Install adapter into 3/4″ opening of the 95DSS3-1WOC and torque to 88 in/lbs. If adapter is not parallel to
housing, rotate clockwise as needed. Torque can exceed requirements to locate to parallel position.
Fireye recommends the use of sealant on threads, such as Loctite 567 or equivalent.
2. Slide gasket over wires of male quick disconnect (QD).
3. Insert wires of male QD through adapter making sure large keyway is set to 3:00 o’clock position.
4. Secure with 4 screws.
5. Install plug into 1/2″ opening of the 95DSS3-1WOC.
6. Wire as needed per the table below.
