Cadet CTS4A is a surface mount adapter designed for use with Cadet C, CM, or CB model heaters and CT1 model heaters. It comes with four sheet metal screws, a painted surface mount adapter, and installation instructions.

To install the adapter, you will need the following tools: wire strippers, appropriate wire nuts, a conduit connector, wall fasteners, and a strain relief bushing.

Before mounting the adapter, turn off the electrical power at the electrical panel board (circuit breaker or fuse box) and lock or tag the panel board door to prevent someone from turning on power while you are working on the heater. Failure to do so could result in serious electrical shock, burns, or possible death.
