ekwb EK-CoolStream Classic PE 120 Installation guide

  • Hello! I've read the provided installation manual for the Radiator and Fan. The document details the steps for mounting these components using specified UNC screws and a 2mm Allen key. It also provides guidelines on the spacing of mounting holes for using 120/140 mm fans. I'm ready to answer your questions about these components and their installation process.
  • What type of screws are used to mount the fans?
What tool is needed to tighten the screws?
What is the spacing for standard 120 mm computer cooling fans?
What is the spacing for standard 140 mm computer cooling fans?

STEP 1
Take the enclosed four UNC 6-32 x 30 (30 mm long) screws for each

on the radiator model. Use the enclosed 2mm Allen key to tighten
the screws in a clockwise direction. Don’t use excessive force while
tightening the screws.

The position of the radiator in the PC case will depend on the size, fan
mounting holes, and hardware you have installed. You have to make
sure that the radiator and fans fit into the chassis. Usually, the chassis
has standard fan mounting holes so you should look for holes with a
spacing of 105 mm for standard 120 mm computer cooling fans or 125
mm for 140 mm computer cooling fans.
