Release the A.
beam lock.
Pivot the B.

horizontal
position
and lock.
Remove the spring A.
clip and clevis pin.
Pivot jack stand B.
into operating
position.
Secure the jack C.
stand with the
spring clip and
clevis pin.
Remove the hardware from the tank
bracket. Align holes of tongue with
holes in tank bracket and secure with
the hardware just removed.

Lift and slide the cylinder
to the top of the beam
and onto the bracket.
Remove the dislodger.A.
Remove the log cradle located on the side B.
of the beam above the control valve.
Re-attach the dislodger.A.
Re-attach the log cradle.B.

Rotate the Engine Stop Switch to the ON
position.
Fill tank with gas to bottom of fuel level limit
in the neck of the fuel tank. Do not overfill.
Turn fuel valve to ON position.
Pull the Choke Rod outward.
OFF
ON
Grasp the Starter Rope Handle an pull with a quick,
full arm stroke.
If engine does not start after ten seconds of
repeated pulls, wait a few minutes and repeat.
Push the Choke Control inward after engine starts.
IMPORTANT: Check engine oil, lubricate beam, adjust wedge
assembly, and check hydraulic fluid level before operating.
Refer to Operator’s Manual for instructions.
