Install the Remote Air Release
Place bracket assembly
against clamp and re-
install the Nyloc nut.
Install hose from Remote Air
Release box to the quick connect
on the cylinder. It is self-locking.
Threaded hole for ¼ x 20 x ½" bolt
and lock washer installed in step 3.
Align assembly as
shown.
Install a ¼" x 20 by ½" bolt
and lock washer into the outer
holes on the top and bottom
wheel mounts.
Attach spring ends
over the fasteners
onto the wheel arms.
Remove the Nyloc nut,
but leave the pivot bolt
in place. Actuator cylinder/
bracket assembly
Be careful where you place your hands and fingers when you disengage the
drive wheels. The tension spring at the base of the clamp causes the handle to
drop suddenly which can cause serious injury.
