INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR TEARDROP LIGHT FIXTURE TO A 2”

SUSPENDED CEILING GRID:

1. Remove white reflector cover to gain access to inside the light fixture body.

2. Locate the two (2) ¼” mounting holes which can be found approximately 6”

from each end of the fixture.

3. Center the light fixture on the suspended grid system in the desired

position.

4. Using a 0.5” 10-24 self-tapping TEK screw, fasten the fixture body firmly

and directly to the ceiling grid.

5. Place the white reflector back onto the fixture body and use the sheet

metal screws provided to secure it.

6. Install the lamp(s) into the lampholders on each end and twist lamp(s) until

the sockets are locked and secure.

7. Install the teardrop lens/diffuser by compressing the opening in the lens

with both hands, then fit the lens into the existing slot on the fixture body

Release the lens and it will remain securely in place with a positive friction

fit.
