PTS-1000 Product Temperature Sensor

Description and Placement

The PTS-1000 Product Temperature Sensor is based on

a PT-1000 sensing element packaged to emulate typical

refrigerated products.

The PTS-1000 can be mounted using its integral magnetic

mounting pad or, alternatively, by using its 3/16” mounting

holes. The sensor should be mounted away from the

discharge air stream, and can be placed under a shelf, on

the back wall of a case, or in other such locations not

subject to disturbance by stockers or customers.

Wiring

Wire as for any other PT-1000 sensor. When connecting

to an SI8 Sensor Input Board, there is no polarity re-

quirement. Connect to GND and SIG terminals.
