b) My interface:
- Assistant administrator: if the account is the main administrator, you can see the
list of assistant administrators, the master administrator has the authority to release
the secondary administrator of the device management rights.
- Personal data: the account data can be edited.
- Baby information: you can edit the baby’s information.
- Device List: You can view the device ‘s ID number. This id does not match the id of
the watch sticker. The watch cannot connect app.
- Change password: can change the login password of account.
c) APP alarm push message description
- Access the main interface of the APP for specific information. If the smartwatch is
not receiving any notifications, please make sure that you have given the proper
access to the APP.
- There are 3 basic working modes which are normal mode, power saving mode and
real-time positioning mode. - Normal mode: upload interval 10 minutes.
- Power saving mode: upload interval 1 hour - Real - time location: upload interval 1
minute.
6.Troubleshooting
If the watch cannot be connected to the server Please check:
a) Whether the SIM in the watch supports GSM network and 2G.
b) Please make sure the SIM card is properly inserted.
c) The server parameter IP, the Port and the ID must be the same on the watch and
the software. You may see the ID number by sending “PW, 123456, ts#” from the
monitoring phone number to the smartwatch. Contact the distributor or the dealer
for more information.
