Toggles the headset on or off. The button glows green when the headset is
activated.
Mute
Toggles the microphone on or off. The button glows red when the mute
feature is activated.

Basic Call Features
PLACING CALLS
Handset
1. Pick up handset
2. Enter extension/1+ 10-digit phone number
3. Press ‘Send’ soft key
Speakerphone
1. With handset on-hook > press
2. Enter extension/1 + 10-digit phone number
3. Press ‘Send’ soft key
Headset
1. With headset connected > press
2. Enter extension/1 + 10-digit phone number
3. Press ‘Send’ soft key
Note: During a call, you can alternate between the headset, hands-free speakerphone and handset
modes by pressing the Headset key, the Speakerphone key or by picking up the handset. Headset
mode requires a connected headset.
ANSWERING CALLS
Handset- Pick up the handset
Speakerphone- Press
Headset- Press
Note: You can reject incoming calls by pressing the ‘Reject’ soft key
ENDING CALLS
Handset- Hang up handset or press ‘End Call’ soft key
Speakerphone- Press or ‘End Call’ soft key
Headset- Press ‘More’ > ‘End Call’ soft key or ‘Cancel key’
VOLUME
Press during a call to adjust receiver volume of handset/speakerphone/headset
Press when phone is idle or ringing to adjust ringer volume
REDIAL
Press to enter the placed call list > press up/down navigation keys to select desired entry >

Tip: Press twice to dial out to last dialed number

Press to toggle microphone to muted/unmuted during call
HOLD/RESUME
To place a call on hold, press or ‘Hold’ soft key during an active call.
To resume the call:
If there is only one call on hold, press or ‘Resume’ soft key
If there are multiple calls on hold, press up/down navigation keys to select desired call >

TRANSFER
There are several types of transferring:
Blind- Transfer a call directly to another party without consulting
1. Press during a call to place the call on hold

Attended- Transfer a call with prior consulting
1. Press key during a call to place the call on hold
2. Enter extension/1+10-digit phone number of the 2

party answers and you have finished consulting, press or ‘Transfer’ soft key
VOICE MAIL
Setup your voice mail:
1. Press key
2. If prompted for your voicemail box, enter your extension and then press #.
3. Follow the voice prompts to set up your voice mail password:
a. Enter your new password (minimum of 4 digits) on the number keypad and press #.
b. Enter the new password again to confirm it, and then press #.
4. Follow the prompts to record your new greeting:
a. At the tone, say your new greeting. Press any key when done or just stop talking.
b. To save the recording press 1, to listen to the recording press 2, to re-record press 3.
5. Once saved you will receive a confirmation that your voicemail box is set up.
To listen to voice messages:

CALL CONFERENCE (3-WAY CALL)
1. Press ‘Conference’ soft key during active call to place the call on hold

4. Press ‘Conference’ soft key again when the 3
rd
party answers > all parties are now joined in
the conference
5. Press ‘End Call’ soft key to disconnect all parties
RECENT CALLS/CALL HISTORY
1. Press ‘History’ soft key when phone is idle > use up/down navigation keys to scroll through
list
2. Select and entry from the list:
a. Press ‘Send’ soft key to call the entry
b. Press ‘Delete’ soft key to delete the entry from the list
c. Press ‘Option’ soft key to access additional features: detailed info, add to contact,
add to blacklist or delete all
DO NOT DISTURB
1. Press the ‘DND’ soft key to toggle Do Not Disturb
CALL-FORWARD
Note: Call-Forward should only be set at the provider level with the following star commands. If the
Call-Forward option is present within the menu of the phone it should not be used.
Enable Call-Forward/Program number to forward to:
1. Dial *72 > ‘Send’ soft key
2. Enter the number/extension to forward to followed by the # key
3. Voice confirmation will be heard
Toggle on/off:
1. Dial *74 > ‘Send’ soft key
2. Voice confirmation will be heard
